Been through that several times here in Pensacola. I drove from Pensacola to Ft. Walton and was very pleasantly surprised at the positive experience I walked away with. I didn't experience the games I've had at other dealerships. I got a fair price on my trade and my new vehicle. Mike Morgan, my sales rep was great to work with and he went way above and beyond. He drove all the way to Pensacola that night with something that had been forgotten at the dealership that day. The finance person, Junior" was straight up with me and easy to work with.. I know I was on the defensive (who ever likes this process!) but they were great at putting me at ease. The people I interacted with were down to earth and friendly. All I wanted was a fair transaction and to be treated with respect with this process. Believe it or not in this day and age can be hard to find when you're a woman trying to buying a car...and it shouldn't! Lee Nissan has gained a new customer. My son will need a vehicle soon and I will be back. It's worth the drive! More

He took my straight to it and we initiated the test drive. During the drive we discussed many things just like we were old friends. Cortland was very personable and professional and explained everything about the buying process. Courtney, the sales manager was AMAZING! Right off the bat he came within $100 of my desired payment. He understood my position on where I wanted to be on my payment. He came back within a few minutes with a new payment, lower interest rate and a better price on my trade.To make things even better, Joel in finance was able to get me an ever better interest rate along with working GAP coverage into the deal while lowering my payment!! The whole team from sales to finance to parts/service was absolutely stellar! By far the absolute best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle.
