Purchased a used vehicle from Roy at this dealership. Roy was great, answered all our questions, got our monthly price under what we wanted. Overall great experience with him. However, we have not had the vehicle 2 weeks and already have to replace a wheel bearing and brakes. I thought a dealership would have checked over all these items and told us up front if they needed replaced or would have done it during their inspection when it was traded in. More

I do not recommend this dealership. I bought a 2018 Ram 1500 truck there that is a complete piece of crap. When I test drove it, I noticed a vibration I the front end and they said they would take care of 1500 truck there that is a complete piece of crap. I drove it again and did not notice the vibration again. I drove the truck for a week and the brakes completely seized up in the front leaving me stranded on the road. I called them and thankfully they said they would take care of it if I got it fixed. But I had to pay the $90 tow to another shop to look at it and $100 to replace the hub caps that fell off. The shop looked at it and gave a $1,900 estimate to fix the damage. The dealership did not want to pay that, so they towed it back to their dealership and replaced the brakes. So now I am out another $150 for car rental. So here is the real kicker after all that BS. The Carfax states that the suspension was checked by the dealership and the dealership assured me they checked it out as well prior to me purchasing, but it was not. The truck still rattles so bad going down the road it is feels like it is falling apart. After having the tires balanced twice and new shocks put on the truck, I took it in for an alignment check. The front wheels are so out of alignment they can’t even align it because of severe suspension damage. So here I am with a truck you can’t drive over 45 miles per hour, and I was assured they checked it out. Now I am probably looking at $1,000 or more just to make it drivable. This dealership clearly knew what the problem was since they “checked it out” and did everything they could to hide the severe problem with this truck. Do not do business with these people. More

I bought a car off this dealership and found out that the dash in the car had been gutted out. Cost is over $1,300.00 to fix this so that I can drive it in the winter. Made to feel comfortable I did not buy , but was impressed by the Sales manager, Finance manager, and salesman Jason. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable , and exhibi I did not buy , but was impressed by the Sales manager, Finance manager, and salesman Jason. The day we picked it up, we received no paperwork other than the sales agreement. When asking where is our temp Ohio title or registration. We were told to take the sales agreement to Michigan secretary State they will take care of title. We then took it to secretary State, and she proceeded to say it is up to the dealer to give you a title, then bring it to her and she will transfer to Michigan. Technically we were driving it illegally with no registration. After MANY phone calls to dealer and standing in line at secretary State 2 times, this is still not resolved. This dealership, even though they mention selling to hundred of Michigan customers, and doing this for 20 years, obviously does not understand the procedure. Because they gave us conflicting information. I am changing my recommendation to, if you live in another state, do not go to this dealership. If you live in Ohio, they are probably fine. More
