My wife Pamela has been taking her 370 Z to Kirkland since 2015 and we always had great service and reasonable price. Now my wife makes an appointment to go in for an oil change and it takes seven days since 2015 and we always had great service and reasonable price. Now my wife makes an appointment to go in for an oil change and it takes seven days to get an appointment. Plus now her oil change price went from $64-$120. Plus they used to give her a ride to her work and back now they say they no longer do this. Plus they quoted her to replace her cabin filter and flush her coolant which came to $451. This is extremely high. We will no longer be servicing her car there. I can only assume that the management must have changed. I will be having her car serviced at my mechanic which to have the coolant flushed and replaced and cabin filter only comes to $169. More
