Don't lease car here Mazda makes good cars. But don't lease car here. I've leased a CX3 from 2017 for 3 years. Just returned it this on this month. When I returned it, the Mazda makes good cars. But don't lease car here. I've leased a CX3 from 2017 for 3 years. Just returned it this on this month. When I returned it, they did some paper works and said that's it, all done. But quickly, I awarded I still need to pay the lease fee for next month, even I've overpaid one month. I emailed Lee Johnson Mazda then they said they are "Third Party" and can not do anything for me. I need to call Mazda Capital service by myself. What!!!?? They even did not tell me anything about this while I returned car. So Don't lease car from this THIRD PARTY dealer. More
Loved my car buying experience at Lee Johnson Mazda~ I got rear-ended on Veteran's Day weekend, basically totaled my beautiful 2017 CX5. Dealing with Farmers Insurance was difficult, but dealing with Le I got rear-ended on Veteran's Day weekend, basically totaled my beautiful 2017 CX5. Dealing with Farmers Insurance was difficult, but dealing with Lee Johnson Mazda was awesome. The negotiation was quick, the paperwork smooth and I am now happily scooting around in my new 2019 CX5. I really hope I don't HAVE to buy another car in two years, but when I do, I will go back to LJ's where they treat you like family! More
Worst customer service ever. The person who spoke to me either did not want to sell car or thought I couldn’t afford one. He made statements like- I don’t sell cheap cars and can you do $10k down payment u either did not want to sell car or thought I couldn’t afford one. He made statements like- I don’t sell cheap cars and can you do $10k down payment upfront etc, without even showing or asking about my preference. He did not even ask me to sit or tell me about any buying or leasing options. He decided for me and asked me to leave. Not sure if owner of this showroom has so much attitude. If you like Mazda cars or wanna explore- go to another dealer, not Mazda Dealer at Kirkland location!! More

Great service This dealership deserves all the five stars I can give - and I rarely ever leave a review! I hate to beat a dead horse (just read the other reviews), This dealership deserves all the five stars I can give - and I rarely ever leave a review! I hate to beat a dead horse (just read the other reviews), but Josh Wilson is truly a great person to deal with when you're looking at new vehicles. He isn't (very) pushy - of course they want you to buy something though! More importantly, he listens to you and tries very hard to find you the right vehicle that meets your financial goals. He's honest and knowledgeable about what you're being shown, and he'll even shoo you away from something if he thinks it's not going to fit what you want. When you sit at his desk, you'll find a letter hung up from another customer saying much of these same things, and after 20 minutes of chatting with him, you'll see just how true it is! The dealership itself is also very easy to deal with. My first experience was almost 3 years ago when I came in to look at a used 2012 Mazda3. I worked with Josh and the sales manager to find a way to purchase the vehicle within my budget. I didn't service the vehicle there, so you'd expect I wouldn't be immediately remembered when I inquired again. I had simply used my Amex app to look at 2019 models - kind of annoyingly it sends the inquiry to pretty much all the dealers in your area. However, not 15 minutes later I get an email directly from Josh asking if I was the same person who purchased the 2012 Mazda3 those years back. I had a new address and email, so he must have saw my name and remembered! I ended up coming in and test driving a new 2019 model. While purchasing one was pretty far outside my budget, Josh was persistent to get me something he knew I wanted. Working with the sales manager, they gave me more than a fair deal on my 2012 trade-in; and leasing the 2019 (with the intent to purchase later) ended up bringing it just inside my budget! Long story short: Don't come here expecting dirt cheap deals on cars with questionable histories. Do come here if you want excellent customer service, and a dealership that wants to sell you something that fits your needs and budget. They also have some pretty great perks that come with newer cars! More
Great overall I leased my 2nd Mazda CX (a CX-3 then they call Allowed me to trade that in a bit early for a CX-5 after having a baby).
