Had I wonderful experience working with Brian Elich at Lee Johnson of Kirkland. Took him 15 minutes to put me into the car, that best suited all my needs. Was very impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge of everything cars, important characteristics to have if you are going to be selling them. Will be returning in the future, for my husbands replacement car, and will seek out Brian for his outstanding customer service, no problem giving this excellent salesperson a 5 star rating. Also... I love my free car wash pass (for life) perk, was the icing on the cake!!! I am thrilled to now be a part of the GM Family!!!! More
Due to an auto accident that was not my fault we were suddenly in the market for a new car. My wife and I decided that we were going to look at either a Ford Focus or a Chevy Aveo. At Lee Johnson when we looked at the Aveo we decided that we didn't like it so we looked at the Cruze instead. Our salesman, Brian Elich let us test drive one and we liked it. We had already decided that we would not be buying a car that day and that we were going to be looking at other dealers to see what other deals we could get. While at the dealership, Brian told us that they had another Cruze that was their weekend special that didn't have some of the options that the one that we test drove had so was cheaper. There was no pressure to buy at that moment like there was at other dealerships that we visited that day. After visiting other dealerships we decided that we wanted to buy the Cruze that was on special. We called Brian and let him know that and he said that the car was still there. We told him that we would be there the next day to buy it. When we got there the next day, Brian told us that after he left for the day, another dealership in the Lee Johnson family had come and gotten the car and sold. He then worked with the manager of the dealership and got us the car that we test drove the previous day at the same discount as the weekend special. We left with a new car. We had used the dealership before for maintenance on our Saturn Relay after Saturn went out of business and were pleased with the service we got which is why we went to them for a new car. We would use this dealership again. They are a big lot and have a lot to choose from and as I said before there was no pressure to buy on the first visit. More
Due to a recent car accident where my husbands car was totaled, we were basically terrifed of having to look for another new car. As previous Saturn car owners we are used to good service without the usually hassles and haggles that but such a damper on what should be a fun experiance. We narrowed down our searches to various makes and models of autos, down to our price range and milage stats that we could deal with and decided to start searching. We decided to look at variuos dealerships (5) and came back to Lee Johnson. Not sure of the other negative reviews as we were treated very well by all persons we dealt with. After seeing some of the high pressure tactics of other dealerships, this was a walk in the park in the sunshine. Brian helped us,answered questions and even told us some things we forgot to ask. Due to my place of employment they even found us a rebate that we weren't aware off. So what we paid for the new car was even less than we thought it would be. I went to look at a Mazda CX-7, the sales person was increadibly pushy. He even put his head in his hands and shook his head because I was not ready to purchase right then. I dont have the best credit so I was nervous and know that having your credit checked can show negatively on your credit report. Not only did Lee Johnson check my credit that day but he did it again a few days later without my permission. I got a notice from my credit watch agency because these two hard inquiries did make my score go down. Additionally, I spoke with BECU about getting a loan today and was told a hard inquiry is not even needed at this stage! Please, from consumer to consumer, should you choose to go to this dealership, do not go through thier finance department as you never know what they will do with your SSN. More
As a first time vehicle buyer I was not sure what to expect. Had a great experience buying a new Chevy. Everyone is open, down to earth and relaxed. I didn't feel any pressure throughout the day. We bought our 2011 Kia Soul here and the customer service couldn't have been better. Due to work schedules we always ended up coming into the dealership at night and yet none of the salesmen we talked with s couldn't have been better. The worked with us over the phone, through emails, and finally in person to get us the best price available and were always respectful and treated us well. I went to Lee Johnson Chev. in Kirkland to buy a car. Josh White greeted me with a nice smile and offered to show me around the used car section. He was very courteous and helpful even showed me the service and parts departments. I told all my friends and family about Lee Johnson. Next time I buy a car, it will be from Josh White. Josh rocks! I purchase a new vehicle here. I knew exactly what I wanted and knew exactly what I wanted to pay for it. By the time I walked out of there I was so f-ing confused about what was going on. But, they bul wanted and knew exactly what I wanted to pay for it. By the time I walked out of there I was so f-ing confused about what was going on. But, they bullied me into buying it. Just because I didn't have the best credit. They refused to honor the full 5000.00 rebate that was promised. The car ended up having several issues with it. I was in the shop every other week. They said it was all me. I even had one say I was too high maintenance. I mean what the hell. I finance 26000.00 and they expected me to deal with the problems on a new car. I complained several time to the BBB and got them involved. They lied to me. They even went so low as to not refund me the difference for the licensing. I had nothing but problems. That's why I refuse to go back there. I have a lemon for a car and they refused to help. It even took the actual manufacturer to finish the settlement. All the while the company got my money and screwed me hard. Just fyi... I got the base model and they said it was suppose to be that expensive... They are just there to confuse you, make you feel like there is no other choice in this matter. And, they haven't been nice since I signed on the dotted line. They said they treat you like family? HA... They are fucking scandalous then... They are like cracked out scandalous family members. DONT EVER GO THERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR ALL YOUR WORTH... AND YOU WILL HAVE TO GO BANKRUPT BY THE NEXT YEAR. More

So a bad experience with a salesperson or two shouldn't indict an entire dealership. I bought an Aveo, was happy with the price, and didn't get any sales treatment I haven't come to expect in a commission-based transaction. How some of the reviewers can rate some of the areas when they never made a purchase, I don't understand. More
