My truck went in for a noise in the engine, state inspection and oil change but was at lee for 2 and half months waiting on parts that they lied to me about first saying they had one and waiting on a inspection and oil change but was at lee for 2 and half months waiting on parts that they lied to me about first saying they had one and waiting on another. Then a month later they said all was on back order. So I am upset at this point I use my truck for my business. So they have gmc auto company call me. Come to find out they never ordered the parts till a month in. They lied to me the whole time. So during this time i called many times to get updates even talked to the executive bill menke and service manager shane..After many phone calls and me asking about state inspection many times and them not answering me. They finally tell me about my inspection. They first lie and say they talked to my wife and she signed off on not replacing the tires that didn't meet state inspection. I asked to see the paperwork and the service person said it was verbal so they lied again. I wanted now compensation for all this lying and 2 and half months of this. Tires are not that big of a deal for compensation. But they wouldn't do it even threated to have me removed. Is this how a dealership acts towards a customer that bought the truck there and always had it served there? If it is they should shut their doors. Who ever goes here for a car should turn around and run. They are the worse. Even when I talked to bill he basically called my wife a liar and me a liar. These people should be ashamed of how they treat customers. Well I know alot of people and when I get done sharing this story they will be lucky to have any customers. Hope they enjoy this outcome. They lie and lie and lie more. This is the worse dealership even. I'll be glad when they are gone. I have contacted gmc auto manufacturing and they will be looking into it too. More

My truck has been at this dealership for a month for warranty repairs. They are the worse. Let me explain. My truck is my life I am a contractor, so that means I use my truck daily. So they were repairing my truck needed a new oil pan since it was leaking or whatever, that was in June. Said it was ordered but it was on backorder. So we wait. But a month later and still not fixed or anything. The loaner they gave me won't pull my trailer or be able to load my tools or material in. I lost 2, 25k jobs because I have to keep pushing them out. When I call to talk to someone they hang up on me! I wasn't swearing or anything. So I leave a message for the service manager since she won't answer either. Been a week and no call back with 4 messages left! So I call and ask for the general manager and same no answer no call back after multiple tries. Worse dealership in maine! If you use lee auto in anyway move your service to any other dealership foe your make of vehicle, they don't care about you or anyone. Right now I have to pick to pay bills or feed my 5 and 6 year old boys because I can't do the jobs or I have to rent a vehicle that costs me more. So less money for bills. So stay away from lee auto. I am making my person mission to spread the bad service this company with spreading the truth about them to everyone I see and reach. LEE AUBURN IS THE WORSE More

Three weeks ago I took my 2020 Sierra SLT Diesel truck to Lee GMC due to an check engine light. I had my old changed, tires rotated, and diagnostics for the check engine light. The diagnosis was a bad glow Lee GMC due to an check engine light. I had my old changed, tires rotated, and diagnostics for the check engine light. The diagnosis was a bad glow plug that would need to be replaced under warranty. They ordered the part and I came back for the service three weeks later. The service department confirmed the wait would be one hour, but it took 2.5 hours and the glow plug replacement did not fix the check engine light and I was told I would now need a new harness too. They would order the part, call me to schedule, and replace the harness under warranty. All was good until I tried to drive my truck off the lot. It began to shake and sputtered and skipped when I tried to accelerate. I brought it directly back after driving about a quarter of a mile down the road. After another hour, I was told my truck was not drivable and had serious engine issues that needed further assessment. They changed my oil just three weeks, or less than 1,000 miles ago, and stated my oil level was a quart low and that they added a quart and stated the engine was burning oil. The truck all of a sudden was not drivable. They committed to give me a truck for a loaner, but said my Progressive Insurance would not allow them to loan me a truck and instead gave me a Jeep Compass, which added more frustration. The technicians I talked to were friendly and understood why I was frustrated with the turn of events, and the service representative, Zach was outstanding, but the manager and another office staffer were rude, and argumentative which made the whole experience that much worse. More
