He listened intently to what we were looking for, and went out of his way to find us the vehicle that was just right for us. He gladly brought vehicles from other Linnehans dealerships up for us to test drive, and promptly as well. He was knowledgable about both the trucks and cars, and also about us. TJ took the time to make sure we found what we wanted, and walked us through the paperwork and legalese, explaining anything we had questions on. One thing we had found at other dealerships is that the salesman could be quite pushy, pressuring you into buying a vehicle NOW. We found none of that attitude at Linnehans. They were always polite and courteous, and let us take our time making our choice. From the receptionist to the salesman, to the service department, everyone treated us wonderfully.
