We were so impressed with our sales person, Michelle Castonguay. I called and told her our situation and what we were interested in for a vehicle. My Husband and I called Lee Credit Now after looking at their online inventory. We were not really sure we would be able to get a new used car right now because our truck was broke down and we had no way their online inventory. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Lee Credit Now and couldn't be happier with both my new car and the service I received. I found the car I was interested in online the day I was leaving for a two and couldn't be happier with both my new car and the service I received. I found the car I was interested in online the day I was leaving for a two week vacation. Nonetheless I contacted Credit Now and applied for financing over the phone, and in an hour I was approved. I was then contacted by Travis and I told him about the Charger I was interested in. Travis had the Charger transferred to the Brewer Dealership and ready for me to test drive the very day I returned from my vacation. While I test drove it, he had his team look at my trade in and prepare financing options so there wasn't the long wait that I've experienced at other car dealerships. Travis was friendly, never pushy, and seemed genuinely invested in making sure I got the vehicle I loved at a price I could afford. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and accomodating, and they made purchasing my vehicle an enjoyable experience. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Lee and I will not only buy from them again, but recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

I am very pleased to say that this dealership was very nice to deal with. I had a hard time at other dealerships and said that I would just try one one more and this is the dealership I went to and am ve nice to deal with. I did an application online and they called me the very next morning and started working their magic. I went in the office and Craig was very helpful let us try a vehicle out and that one we couldn't get because our credit was not that great and let us know how banks look at credit and debt ratio so not most dealerships give you that info. We then tried a different vehicle and he worked his magic and crunched numbers and kept us posted with everything they were doing. That vehicle we got and love it. The office we went through was very nice and very efficient with what they are doing! I would deffintly go back to this dealership and get another vehicle if need so. I have told a few people about them already and hope they stay open and up in my area! Hopefully they do great and keep going with what they are doing because it is an excellent place! More

He kept in constant contact, was up front and honest, and in the end, got us financed when we had previously been turned down by a number of dealerships. And while we understand that Credit Now, Lee's sister company, offers great low rates, Michelle listened to us when we decided to go with our own local credit union for financing due simply to a rare and likely short-lived extra-low rate opportunity. I've been to other dealers in the past where they wouldn't have been so understanding and likely would have kept trying to convince us of otherwise, just to get the higher commission. Michelle didn't do this which I feel speaks to her honesty and character. Michelle really listened to our needs and parameters and hit them all right on the head. We were given a fair price on both the little car I fell in love with and our trade in. He was genuinely friendly, patient and experienced. The night we purchased our new-to-us vehicle the check engine light went on. The next morning (which was a Saturday) we told Mr. Marin about the engine light and he told us to bring it in on Monday morning. We did and they gave us a loaner for the whole week it was in the shop,(because the part had to be ordered from Kia) and a nice one at that! The entire $1600 job, the loaner and the offer to rent a car for me for my business meeting out of state if our car wouldn't be ready on time, didn't cost us a penny! Mr. Marin and Lee Credit Now went above and beyond to accommodate us and we appreciate the amazing customer service that we experienced. I can assure you that we will be returning in the future as well as recommending Lee and Mr. Marin to everyone we know. After having a less than satisfactory experience with Bangor Car Care in the past, we are thankful to know that at least one company will treat you great, even if your credit is not. More
