This is the second car that we have purchased through Travis Therrien. The first car was for my husband, Gene. Gene is a businessman who knows exactly what he wants and what he needs to do to get it. Gene told Travis what he wanted and the price range that would be acceptable. Travis quickly found the vehicle, that fit Gene's requirements, in the price range Gene requested, and within a day the Transaction was completed. Gene was impressed by the professional, knowledgeable way that Travis handle the whole transaction. This is when we decide that Travis would be the salesperson we would seek out when we wanted other cars in the future. Two days ago I decided I wanted my own car. I called Travis and told him what I wanted the car for, but I didn't really have a clear idea of what kind of car I wanted. Travis handled my requests as easily as he did Gene's. It can not be easy to figure out what car to put a person in, who just tells you they want "a toy that can be use for day trips, that is reliable, fun to drive and good for winter driving". Fortunately Gene had given me the price range that was best for our budget. Travis asked questions, actually listened to the answers (an unusual trait in today's society) and then came up with a list of 4 cars he thought might suit me. They were all in my comfort zone, but one stood out. We finished the business part of the transaction today. I have heard others say what amazing people skills that Travis has ... I couldn't agree more. He also has a great sense of humor, which certainly helps. I want to thank the staff at 'Lee Credit Now' who are all so friendly and helped make this an enjoyable process. She made us try out a jeep liberty to start, just to make sure we would be happy in that type of vehicle. I fell in love with it, but knew our chances were slim just with our not so good credit. She said she would do her best, and would keep in touch. We left there thinking there is no way we would be able to get into a 2008 Jeep Liberty, but in our surprise she called the very next day telling me she had got us financing through a bank! We then left and went looking at other cars test drove a few started the process on the paperwork but my heart was set on the car at Lees and Michelle was so friendly (I know that was not nice of me , but its our money and new car ) so we left to see what Michelle had done on the finacing I couldn't beleive it she did get the finace that was within our budget.
