Friendly & no pressure experience I've bought 2 trucks from David & Tom ( the owners ). On a trip, two days before Thanksgiving, with out 1999 Mercury Mountaineer, the fuel pump 'croaked' just outside Marshall, VA. After being towed to Marshall Ford, they stored our utility trailer and got Mercury Mountaineer, the fuel pump 'croaked' just outside Marshall, VA. After being towed to Marshall Ford, they stored our utility trailer and got the vehicle right in to the garage. Steve went through his diagnostics and confirmed that it was the pump and then Chris got to work with all his contacts to try to find a replacement. (For some reason, Ford does not standardize but has a bunch of model-specific pumps.) Determining that we would have to stay overnight, Chris helped us find a dog-friendly hotel since he had out two Goldens with us. Then one of the office staff drove me all the way to Front Royal to get a rental car. With the parts delivered after noon on Wednesday, Steve got crackin' and we were on the road by 4:00PM. Thanks to everyone at Marshall and Happy Thanksgiving!!! More
