Overall rating is Good. The one problem I had was in communication with the service department. I called to get an estimate to replace the transmission in my Ford van. I was connected with Dillon. I called him back later that day to schedule the work. It was then that he told me he was in the parts dept. and the quote was only for the purchase of the trans. I had no idea that I was talking to the parts department and after a transfer to the service department learned R and R was going to cost an additional $800.00. As you can guess that was not a pleasant surprise. I did go ahead with the repair, mainly because I found the people i had contact with were professional and this was an honest mistake.
