I had several special problems with my Ford Ranger. Jason and John explained what needed to be done to determine the cause and repair needed. The staff was friendly, direct and honest. They were upfront about being behind but they were still able to get my car serviced within an hour as promised. John was excellent but the Oil change took 1 hour and 15minutes! Way to long. I have never had it take that long.
