I purchased a new Mustang in 2022 from Lebanon Ford's Kirk Levy. Kirk made the process smooth. I recently stopped in at Lebanon Ford and stumbled upon a 2021 RCSB 5.0 liter F150. It had a not for s Kirk Levy. Kirk made the process smooth. I recently stopped in at Lebanon Ford and stumbled upon a 2021 RCSB 5.0 liter F150. It had a not for sale sticker on it. After talking to Kirk Levy and a quick test drive, a deal was made. He had the truck serviced and detailed. Two days later, I drove it away. Great experience. I have always been a GM guy but sure love my Lebanon Ford Mustang and F150. Thanks Kirk. More
Josh Davis (salesman) Since Josh is a neighbor and a friend, my expectations aren’t lowered, they’re raised. From start to finish, Josh is a rockstar! He has listened to my criteria in what I was lookin friend, my expectations aren’t lowered, they’re raised. From start to finish, Josh is a rockstar! He has listened to my criteria in what I was looking for in a vehicle and helped me in every way to find what I wanted. Considering how minimal Lebanon Ford had to offer in the area of used vehicles (one of the smaller dealerships in their group) coupled with what I expected, I find it rather miraculous that he was able to find anything in my wheelhouse. If I had questions, he either answered them or found someone who could. He was not afraid to admit he didn’t have all the answers. Honesty is a virtue that I find is essential in car salesmen. Several times I voiced concerns over known issues, Josh asked the department managers to come and speak with me. When I had noticed defects in the vehicle (back door seals falling off, two dents in the hood, back seat “Oh Jesus” handle falling off), Josh bent over backwards to assure that they would be fixed, and when the GM refused, Josh sought to fix what he could himself, on his own time and dime! That speaks volumes to me about Josh as not only as a friend/neighbor, but also as a professional who truly does care about his clients. Unfortunately, it also speaks volumes about the dealership’s GM. If I only have value to the dealership as a vehicle buyer, why should I continue to frequent that dealership as an ongoing customer for overpriced maintenance or a future vehicle purchase? Perhaps, and only if Josh Davis is still employed at Lebanon Ford, I might consider returning. But since my last vehicle lasted nearly ten years, “maybe” is all I can say. If this dealership values new and young talent to continue carrying the torch for their sales department, they’ll invest in Josh Davis for the long term. Josh Davis is a 5* salesman!
