We dealt mainly with Ron Krnc. We found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy -- something we -really- appreciated. Zach and Aaron were also very helpful, knowledgeable, an knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy -- something we -really- appreciated. Zach and Aaron were also very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time with us. Many vehicles on the lot from which to choose, and the lot is spacious and well organized. Showroom and sales area were also spacious, which I appreciate; I don't particularly like the places where you're crammed in with a dozen other potential buyers in a 100 sq. ft area! Highly recommend this dealership. More

I had looked at numerous diff time ever stopping into Lebanon Ford and I look forward to mutually enjoyable future experiences with this dealership. I had looked at numerous different models before deciding on the Ford Escape...even searched many other Ford dealership in a 50 mile geographic area...and was very pleased to discover the one closest to where I live turned out to be the one I felt most comfortable dealing with. Very helpful, service was very good. No pressure to buy, good price on vehicle. Very friendly sales personnel. I would go back and buy again and I have bought from Kevin before at this dealership. They worked to get the best interest rate. serviced and detailed the car and had it ready for pick up when it was suppose to be. The dealership had many nice cars to choose from, and the website was easy to use and was very helpful in finding a car before going to actually see the car and drive it. More

Aaron was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I actually really liked 3 different vehicles and was having a hard time deciding. This was by far the best experiance I have ever had buying a vehicle! We actully had no intention of purchasing a car today, but our salesperson, Kevin McClellan was honest, professional and curteous. buying a vehicle! There was no running to the managers office to "get us the best price", he just brought us his best price and we made a deal. I have always dreaded purchasing vehicles, the pushy salesmen and constant run around and sitting for hours in a dealership. None of those things happened at Lebanon Ford! We made a deal, signed a couple of papers, ran back to our house for the checkbook and took our truck home! I will purchase my next vehicle there. If your looking, call Kevin, you'll be glad you did!!! More

My husband and I were very pleased with Lebanon Ford Lincoln Mercury. Ron Krnc was an excellent sales person. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Kody Lowe did an outstanding job with the sale of my new Ford F-150. He gave me all the information that I wanted and did not pester me while I made up my mind. The dealership also helped me to peddle my Ford F-150. He gave me all the information that I wanted and did not pester me while I made up my mind. The dealership also helped me to peddle my trade-in. I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. The Owner was on the sales floor and aware of what was going on at the dealership....what a plus. Kody continually asked me how he could help explain new features etc. even after the Sale. I love the truck and the Sales experience was just the best. I cannot wait to try the service department.
