When I first went looking for a car I just happen to go by my local Ford dealer. Kody Lowe took care of me as soon as I walked through the door asking if he could help. No pressure no hassle I explained what I was doing and what cars I was looking at from other manufactures. Kody showed me the Ford Fusion. Told me some of the options on different models, and we took one for a test drive. As we were finishing our conversation I realized that when I walked in the dealer was closing for the evening. Kody took care of me anyway. No word that they were closing to go home. I also found out that he took care of their on line purchases. He really didn't work the floor that often. Couldn't tell. Went home that night and talked with the wife and the next day we were back in looking for the car I wanted. If they didn't have it on the lot (which they didn't) he immediately started checking the local area to find what I wanted not what they wanted to sell. I've had my car in for regular and irregular service and the service department has done nothing short of bending over backwards to make sure we are taken care of. The owner Lisa has quarterly get together for her customers and they discuss anything from vehicle maintenance to helping people use their MS Sync. There isn't enough room to cover everything, but this is what I call customer service and satisfaction, and other dealers should take notes. More
I found the sales person to be very friendly and knew what he was talking about when I had any question. We arrived at dealer just before closing time, all employees stayed over 2 hours to help me purcha what he was talking about when I had any question. Lebanon Ford is for sure my dealer of choice. When I walked into the dealership, it seemed to me that everyone there was ready to assist me with what I was interested in - there is great customer service. The paperwork and everything was processed quickly, so I wasn't sitting around forever, and they explained everything step-by-step. There were NO hassles! All-in-all, purchasing my car was a positive experience at Lebanon Ford Lincoln Mercury, I'm glad that I chose to go there, and I appreciate all of those who helped me out! More

We dealt mainly with Ron Krnc. We found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy -- something we -really- appreciated. Zach and Aaron were also very helpful, knowledgeable, an knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy -- something we -really- appreciated. Zach and Aaron were also very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time with us. Many vehicles on the lot from which to choose, and the lot is spacious and well organized. Showroom and sales area were also spacious, which I appreciate; I don't particularly like the places where you're crammed in with a dozen other potential buyers in a 100 sq. ft area! The dealership had many nice cars to choose from, and the website was easy to use and was very helpful in finding a car before going to actually see the car and drive it. More
