Lebanon Ford is doing and has done a tremendous job in meeting the repair needs of our equipment. We look for three important quailities of a vendor: 1.) Knowledge 2.)Customer Service 3.) This was by far the best experiance I have ever had buying a vehicle! We actully had no intention of purchasing a car today, but our salesperson, Kevin McClellan was honest, professional and curteous. buying a vehicle! There was no running to the managers office to "get us the best price", he just brought us his best price and we made a deal. I have always dreaded purchasing vehicles, the pushy salesmen and constant run around and sitting for hours in a dealership. None of those things happened at Lebanon Ford! We made a deal, signed a couple of papers, ran back to our house for the checkbook and took our truck home! I will purchase my next vehicle there. If your looking, call Kevin, you'll be glad you did!!! More

My husband and I were very pleased with Lebanon Ford Lincoln Mercury. Ron Krnc was an excellent sales person. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was not pushy(that is the reason why we bo Lincoln Mercury. Ron Krnc was an excellent sales person. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Kody Lowe did an outstanding job with the sale of my new Ford F-150. He gave me all the information that I wanted and did not pester me while I made up my mind. The dealership also helped me to peddle my Ford F-150. He gave me all the information that I wanted and did not pester me while I made up my mind. The dealership also helped me to peddle my trade-in. I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. The Owner was on the sales floor and aware of what was going on at the dealership....what a plus. Kody continually asked me how he could help explain new features etc. even after the Sale. I love the truck and the Sales experience was just the best. I cannot wait to try the service department. Buying a car from Ron was the best new car experience I've ever had. I never felt pressured or uneasy about my purchase. Also, the paper sign off procedure went very smoothly. I looked online at this dealership because I was referred by a friend. After finding a vehicle that we thought we would like we contacted the dealership and talked to Travis. He actually brought the car to by a friend. After finding a vehicle that we thought we would like we contacted the dealership and talked to Travis. He actually brought the car to us to test since we live in Kettering and it is not real close, he made arrangements with someone to get picked up at my house and left the vehicle with us to test overnight. We drove the car and called Travis a few hours later and told him we wanted the vehicle. He worked with his finance guy and had all the details worked out, told us what time to come in and sign paperwork, we got there and were helped right away and were on our way in our new vehicle within a hour. We are so happy with our purchase. It helped that we had a great salesman. Thanks Travis. More
