I found the sales person to be very friendly and knew what he was talking about when I had any question. We arrived at dealer just before closing time, all employees stayed over 2 hours to help me purcha what he was talking about when I had any question. We arrived at dealer just before closing time, all employees stayed over 2 hours to help me purchase the vehicle and no one rushed me what so ever. I would go back to them to buy my next ford. Lebanon Ford is for sure my dealer of choice. I went in looking for a used truck and Tom and Bill Nickell went out of their way to get me what i wanted the truck is great i was treated like a friend and n looking for a used truck and Tom and Bill Nickell went out of their way to get me what i wanted the truck is great i was treated like a friend and not just a customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone it is by far the best dealership i have worked with. Rick(service Manager) is very personal and informative and not out to just make a dime. More

We were very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism that we encountered when buying our vehicle. The salesman, Kevin McClellan, answered our questions promptly, was attentive but not p professionalism that we encountered when buying our vehicle. The salesman, Kevin McClellan, answered our questions promptly, was attentive but not pushy. We bought a used vehicle but it is in such good shape that people have commented that they thought it was "brand new". Everyone that we worked with was helpful and made the experience very positive. When I walked into the dealership, it seemed to me that everyone there was ready to assist me with what I was interested in - there is great customer service. The salesmen that I dealt with were all very f everyone there was ready to assist me with what I was interested in - there is great customer service. The salesmen that I dealt with were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and were ready to put me into my amazing 2010 Ford Focus SES. The paperwork and everything was processed quickly, so I wasn't sitting around forever, and they explained everything step-by-step. There were NO hassles! All-in-all, purchasing my car was a positive experience at Lebanon Ford Lincoln Mercury, I'm glad that I chose to go there, and I appreciate all of those who helped me out! More

We dealt mainly with Ron Krnc. We found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy -- something we -really- appreciated. Zach and Aaron were also very helpful, knowledgeable, an knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy -- something we -really- appreciated. Zach and Aaron were also very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time with us. Many vehicles on the lot from which to choose, and the lot is spacious and well organized. Showroom and sales area were also spacious, which I appreciate; I don't particularly like the places where you're crammed in with a dozen other potential buyers in a 100 sq. ft area! Highly recommend this dealership. More

Very helpful, service was very good. No pressure to buy, good price on vehicle. Very friendly sales personnel. I would go back and buy again and I have bought from Kevin before at this dealership.
