Great dealership!! Kody & Charlie went out of their way to find what I was looking for. I visited over a dozen dealership in the area and none of them had what I wanted and didn't even offer to locate one to find what I was looking for. I recently had the job of finding a replacement car for my mother who had her car destroyed in an accident. I found the car on the Lebanon Lincoln Mercury website. I made several calls to Kody Lowe concerning the car (Mercury Marquis) and I made arangements to meet with him. I made the 50 mile trip to see and drive the car. I was absolutley impressed with the dealership as soon as I drove onto the lot. I was impressed with Kody as well. After a test drive and a inspection of the car we made a deal. Mother has had the car 3 1/2 months now and is quite happy with it. I would buy from Lebanon Lincoln Mercury again without second thought. More

I went to the dealership well informed about what I wanted to buy. I informed Ryan that I was shopping around for the best deal and that I had X plan pricing so the trade-in value would be the determin wanted to buy. They had my car appraised and asked me how much they needed to give me to make the deal. They exceeded the kbb value in order to make the deal. They shopped around to get the best interest rate for my loan. The staff was all very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. This is the second vehicle we've bought from Lebanon Ford (previously Watson Ford) and I would highly recommend them. My only snag was that I had to wait a while for the finance manager as there were other people in front of me waiting to get their paperwork completed as well. More

When I first went looking for a car I just happen to go by my local Ford dealer. Kody Lowe took care of me as soon as I walked through the door asking if he could help. No pressure no hassle I explained what I was doing and what cars I was looking at from other manufactures. Kody showed me the Ford Fusion. Told me some of the options on different models, and we took one for a test drive. As we were finishing our conversation I realized that when I walked in the dealer was closing for the evening. Kody took care of me anyway. No word that they were closing to go home. I also found out that he took care of their on line purchases. He really didn't work the floor that often. Couldn't tell. Went home that night and talked with the wife and the next day we were back in looking for the car I wanted. If they didn't have it on the lot (which they didn't) he immediately started checking the local area to find what I wanted not what they wanted to sell. I've had my car in for regular and irregular service and the service department has done nothing short of bending over backwards to make sure we are taken care of. The owner Lisa has quarterly get together for her customers and they discuss anything from vehicle maintenance to helping people use their MS Sync. There isn't enough room to cover everything, but this is what I call customer service and satisfaction, and other dealers should take notes. More
