I feel that the price of the car we bought was pretty good, but after we were talked into buying the extended warranty on things then the price was more than we really wanted. We kept the monthly payment down by extending how long we financed the car by 6 months. We did agree at the time, but now we are thinking about how long it is going to take to pay off this car,and that makes us a little uncomfortable. Then we have to wonder, will the little extra things on this car really go out as we were convinced they would. What is done is done, and now we just live with our choices. More

Charlie showed the inventory available, explained a lot of the details regarding the features, options, various differences between the models, and let me test drive a vehicle that was closest to what I was looking for. After taking a look at the offerings in comparable models at Chevy, Dodge, and Toyota, I knew who was going to earn my business. Now this isn't a slam against these other dealers. They have fine products and competent sales teams. The real deciding factors became getting a truck with the options I wanted. I had some pretty specific requirements. First and foremost was I wanted a bench front seat. The Fords 40/20/40 seat was a perfect match! I wanted enough engine to tow but since my tows are relatively light weight, I didn't need the behemoth engine. Ford's 4.6 L, 3 valve configuration fit the bill perfectly. I wanted a modest number of other options, like power windows and doors, fog lamps, electronic seat adjustment, etc. The Ford was the only model that allowed me to get the mix of items I required. Lastly, Ford offered the best incentives and rebates of any of the automakers I looked at. Working with Kody to get to the final figure was straight forward and easy, without the usual drama I have experienced in negotiating on a car purchase. Finally, everybody took the time to work with me, help me understand the details of the vehicle, operation of the options and extra features, and went out of their way to insure I was a happy camper. In closing I'd just say I was delight with the experience. I can't imagine how the process could have been better unless they just gave me the truck! More

I had been looking for a 2010 Lincoln Town Car for several months, both in showrooms and on the internet. He also had the 2010 Town Car brought in so we could look it over and test drive it. Back at his office he had a work sheet with the pricing including my trade in. With the Ford and Dealer incentives and the price on my old car we had a bottom line price that was great. Two hours later, after much paper work we drove home in our new Town Car. Since we had picked up two large buckets of river rock for our yard in the old car, Charlie volunteered to follow us home, unload the rock and pick up the extra keys and title. We had a minor problem with our 2010 Ford Taurus. Lisa contacted the Ford Engineering department for us and when we still couldn't get the problem resolved she did a little "thinking outside the box" and contacted the Ford Engineering department for us and when we still couldn't get the problem resolved she did a little "thinking outside the box" and we come up with a solution. Aaron wasn't my original salesman, but when my salesman left, Aaron stepped up and kept me informed of all the status updates on my car and answered all my questions promptly. This is my 3rd Mustang and this was by far the easiest car purchase I've ever had. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes, there wasn't any pressure to buy the car or any extended warranties. In fact, Aaron was up front with me about a lot of the extras (which he makes money off of, so I was surprised that he wasn't trying to force them on me). They gave me a good trade-in amount for my car. If you need a new car, go to Lebanon Ford and speak to Aaron. Aaron and Lebanon Ford's service department really know their Mustangs so you're in good hands! More
