Our overall experience with Lebanon Ford was fantastic. We were working with Tom Nickell, but Andrew stepped in and helped us when it was Tom's day off. They were both very informative when it came to the models of the vehicles, and the features on the vehicles. We didn't feel pressured to buy a certain car or to buy a feature we didn't desire. We never felt like we were "being sold" or convinced against our will, which is very important to us when we work with a dealership. The lines of communication were always open, and Tom returned phone calls with a quick turnaround. He even answered his cell phone after hours on a weeknight when he wasn't expecting a call from us. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from this dealership over the past 12 years. This dealership has ALWAYS bent over backwards in their overall approach to us. They charge very fair prices, but are also willing to wheel-and-deal on vehicles. They were straightforward throughout the entire process. We would *HIGHLY* recommend Lebanon Ford-Lincoln-Mercury to friends, family, and strangers alike. More

Gene Maggard in the service department goes above and beyond the call of duty to insure our satisfaction with the final deal and all our follow-up service needs! (Your service is the best and more compeititive than after-market service centers and we get genuine Ford parts!) What an added bonus to have service available that we can depend on! I felt like Mr. Eversole was a regular that was just showing us a truck that he genuinely loves and not a salesman trying to make a buck at my expense. My husband and I had been running errands all day so we looked like a couple of poor destitute street urchin’s that could not afford a car. We had a complete deal worked-up and were fully intending on buying a GMC. We left the dealership to just drive a ford, just in case. I told Rodney that I wasn’t going to sit for hours while he ran between us and the dealer. Rodney’s boss the sales manager, a redhead man, stopped by several times to check on his performance. This man was also very friendly and helpful. The bottom-line is we left with a $49,000 and will return to see Rodney and his boss again for our next purchase. They were fast, efficient, respectful, and mathematically accurate. I appreciate when numbers equal what they should. More
