I was at the dealership back in December 09' to just look around for possibly a new car. I wasn't real sure what I was looking for, but Travis came out to help me and he was very nice. He was able to answer any questions I had about the cars and also was very patient with me. I test drove a couple of cars and after 2-3 days I ended up driving off the lot with a 2007 Mercury Milan, that I am very happy with. During those few days that I was shopping around, I sent my sister and brother-n-law in to look at some trucks, and they ended up buying a truck the day after my purchase. Travis was a great, personable salesman, and I will, and have recommended him and Lebanon Ford Lincoln Mercury to my family and friends. Everyone on the staff was great and very nice and those are the type of people that you want to help you! More

ON SATURDAY JULY 10 WHILE SEARCHING THE INTERNET FOR QUALITY 2004 MUSTANGS, I STUMBLED UPON A 2004 MUSTANG COBRA WITH VERY LOW MILES. I CONTACTED CHARLIE WATSON AND STARTED NEGOTIATIONS TO TEST DRIVE AN QUALITY 2004 MUSTANGS, I STUMBLED UPON A 2004 MUSTANG COBRA WITH VERY LOW MILES. I CONTACTED CHARLIE WATSON AND STARTED NEGOTIATIONS TO TEST DRIVE AND POSSIBLY PURCHASE THE COBRA OF MY DREAMS. EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS A SATURDAY MORNING AND CHARLIE WAS OFF WORK HE WORKED WITH ME AND ASSURED ME THAT THIS WAS THE CLEANEST 2004 COBRA HE HAD EVER SEEN. AS WE WORKED OUT THE FINE DETAILS OF THE PURCHASE I STRESSED TO CHARLIE THAT IF THIS CAR WAS NOT PERFECT(AS HE DESCRIBED OVER THE PHONE) I WOULD NOT BE INTERESTED IN THE CAR. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY JULY 14 CHARLIE AND I MET IN TERRA HAUTE INDIANA SO I COULD TEST DRIVE THE COBRA. I INSPECTED THE CAR FROM TOP TO BOTTOM AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ITS OVERALL CONDITION. I WAS ASSURED THAT THE CAR WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION AND UPON MY INSPECTION THE CAR WAS ACTUALLY IN BETTER CONDITION THAN WHAT I HAD EXPECTED. I PURCHASED THE CAR THAT NIGHT AND COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE. CHARLIE WORKED WITH ME THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS AND WAS VERY HELPFULL,CONSIDERATE, AND WAS AS EXCITED AS I WAS ABOUT THE PURCHASE. Worked with another Ford dealer who pushed us towards lower end vehicle and higher monthly payment. With Lebanon there was no haggling, we were in and out of Lebanon Ford in a couple hours. So when I was ready to let go of my baby (04 Terminator Cobra) I knew he would take good care of me. We worked a very fair deal on a new F150 Crew Cab and have kept in touch. Buying a car has never been easy for me----just too many choices and things to consider.....Our local agency said the color I wanted was not available in the car under consideration....Did a search on the I choices and things to consider.....Our local agency said the color I wanted was not available in the car under consideration....Did a search on the Internet and got a quick response from Kody Lowe, at Lebanon Ford (15 miles away), who assured me they had the vehicle and color on their lot that I was interested in....He also quoted me a price that was very competitive..... I visited their agency----met with Kody----drove the car and confirmed prices of vehicle and various options.....Told him I'd consider the purchase for a week and return.....After checking everything, I returned and in Kody's absence purchased the vehicle from his assistant, Charlie Watson (also very nice).....Overall a good experience: Very congenial----no high pressure-----excellent interest rate on loan.....Great follow-up on purchase.....Would highly recommend.... I feel that the price of the car we bought was pretty good, but after we were talked into buying the extended warranty on things then the price was more than we really wanted. We kept the monthly paymen good, but after we were talked into buying the extended warranty on things then the price was more than we really wanted. We kept the monthly payment down by extending how long we financed the car by 6 months. We did agree at the time, but now we are thinking about how long it is going to take to pay off this car,and that makes us a little uncomfortable. Then we have to wonder, will the little extra things on this car really go out as we were convinced they would. What is done is done, and now we just live with our choices. More
