Andrew Creech and Aaron Funkhouser do all the extra's that count in the Title Dept. and keep us smiling the whole time we are spending our money! Gene Maggard in the service department goes above and beyond the call of duty to insure our satisfaction with the final deal and all our follow-up service needs! (Your service is the best and more compeititive than after-market service centers and we get genuine Ford parts!) What an added bonus to have service available that we can depend on! It is a rare thing to purchase a car from a dealership and be made to feel like family at the same time. When Lisa Crider became partowner, we thought: "Oh somebody new...h-m-m-m." I felt like Mr. Eversole was a regular that was just showing us a truck that he genuinely loves and not a salesman trying to make a buck at my expense. My husband and I had been running errands all day so we looked like a couple of poor destitute street urchin’s that could not afford a car. We had a complete deal worked-up and were fully intending on buying a GMC. We left the dealership to just drive a ford, just in case. I told Rodney that I wasn’t going to sit for hours while he ran between us and the dealer. Rodney’s boss the sales manager, a redhead man, stopped by several times to check on his performance. This man was also very friendly and helpful. The bottom-line is we left with a $49,000 and will return to see Rodney and his boss again for our next purchase. They were fast, efficient, respectful, and mathematically accurate. I appreciate when numbers equal what they should. More

First I’d like to say how pleased I am with my 2011 Ford Mustang it is really a fantastic car and turns heads every where I go. It’s great fun to drive with incredible performance. Not to down play how happy I am with the Mustang but I have always been very satisfied with Ford products, I have owned a used 1965 Mustang a new 1969 Mustang, a used 1978 Ford F-150, a used 1985 Ford Thunderbird, a used 1988 Mercury Cougar, a used 1993 Ford F-150, a used 1996 Ford Thunderbird, a new 2004 Ford F-150 and now a new 2011 Mustang. Yes I’m a diehard Ford owner. Now for the best part, finding Lebanon Ford, I've been in and out of a lot of dealerships over the years and I can honestly say that my experience with Lebanon Ford has been the best. I really appreciated Mr. Andrews style of salesmanship, straight forward but not pushy. Mr. Andrews gave me the time and space to get my head wrapped around the details of the car and was very informative. Mr. Funkhouser was up front and honest with me about my financing options. Most dealerships I have been to will either tell you, or not tell you anything to get the car sold I found that not to be true of Lebanon Ford. Like quality with Ford, honesty and customer satisfaction is number one with Lebanon Ford. Of course the Mustang sort of sells it’s self but these two gentlemen sold me on Lebanon Ford. I have had a very positive experience dealing with Lebanon Ford and will not hesitate for an instance to recommend Lebanon Ford to my family, friends and anyone else for that matter. I’m looking forward to meeting the service staff at Lebanon Ford and in fact would like to give them a chance to provide me with an estimate for new tires for my 2004 F-150.
