My family will only purchase vehicles from Lebanon Ford and will always go through Kevin. We trust Lebanon Ford’s service department to inspect the vehicles properly. We went through north gate Ford for a purchase because They refused to send it to Kevin at Lebanon Ford. Kevin told us to go ahead with the purchase as it was going to be Ford certified and if something was wrong they’d have to fix it. We purchased the vehicle and drove it to a baseball tournament and knew there was something wrong. My husband Called north gate and took it back. North gate Ford and they said something nothing was wrong. My husband called Kevin and explained what was going on. Kevin then gave my husband the owners number. My husband told the owner what was going on and how we were treated at north gate Ford. The owner told us to take the vehicle to Lebanon Ford. The service department Manager, Jason, took care of us. He had his head mechanic look at the vehicle and was very honest with us. He was very quick and informed us of what needed to be done. Jason had great communication and got our vehicle up to par where it should have been when we purchased it. Lebanon Ford is the only place we trust on our purchases and service.
