This was the First time that I experienced a True, "No Hassle" car sale and we loved it! I shopped around looking for a Ford Fusion that matched my wife’s request. She wanted a Ford Fusion, Blue, with various other options. I found this car on line and called and talked to Travis Martin. He said he would sit the car out and have it ready for a test drive. We loved the car but thought, he sure did set out a car with more options than we can afford! But that proved to not be the case! We were given a great, fair price on our trade in and he walked up to us with an offer we couldn’t believe, let alone, refuse! We were not even ready for such a fast, hassle free, sale! we still had to take our vehicle home and clean it out! We love our car and the service was awesome! We will forever come back to Lebanon Ford. Thanks to all! Mark and Terri Miles More

Kody Lowe was a very good sales person to work with. I explained up front that I was going to purchase a new 2011 Mustang Gt but would be taking my time to make a final decision. Because he was patient and professional I made my purchase with Lebanon Ford approximately 4 weeks after my initial visit. This is how more sales people need to be. I will definitely work with Kody and Lebanon Ford in the future. More
I am completely satisfied with my purchase of a new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from Lebanon Ford, Lincoln, Mercury. So far I am getting between 36.9 to 37.5 miles per gallon. I hope to do even better in the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from Lebanon Ford, Lincoln, Mercury. So far I am getting between 36.9 to 37.5 miles per gallon. I hope to do even better in the future. I have also received many compliments regarding the great looking auto. Yes, it's the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. Very handsome and very cool! The dealership itself was well represented by Travis Martin with whom I had earlier communication via internet. When I arrived at the Lebanon showroom, Mr. Martin proved to be most courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. Lebanon Ford, Lincoln and Mercury dealership showroom was very clean, organized, and certainly geared to customers' interests. After a short driving experiment with an in-stock MKZ, Mr, Martin arranged to have my trade-in appraised, and then we bargained for the special requirements that I had established: hybrid, all white, communication package, no sun-roof. We reached a final agreement about price. Then, Mr. Travis Martin and Mr. Zach Funkhouser located my future auto at a distant dealership. And they arranged to have that car driver to Lebanon, without my asking for such an accommodation. Apparently they really wanted to make a sale! When I returned just five days later, my new auto was ready. I had two accessories and a front license plate holder installed under the supervision of Mr. Ric Young who was a super fine service manager along with his excellent crew of mechanics. Then I met Jessie, whose last name I have forgotten. He is a digital and high-tech expert who introduced me to the sync system and other dashboard-controlled wonders of Lincoln. I was really impressed with his expertise and patience. Unlike the shoddy treatment and near-scam I had encountered earlier at Beau Townsend Ford, Lincoln, Mercury in Vandalia,Ohio, my total experience at Lebanon Ford, Lincoln, Mercury was positive in all respects. Excellent. Period. The only reason I gave a 4 (Good) for Quality of Work was because knowledge about the features on the new 2011 MKX was inaccurate. To be fair, the previous and only other dealership I we Quality of Work was because knowledge about the features on the new 2011 MKX was inaccurate. To be fair, the previous and only other dealership I went to did not know the features either. Does Ford not give a new year presentation on new models? One thing I enjoyed about Lebanon Ford was they did NOT ask the cliche, "How can we earn your business"? Is this a dealership mantra? This buzzword makes me think dealers can not think anymore. Anyway, Kode and Travis didn't have to ask. They "earned" my business by doing and not me dancing about price or asking the rather boring "What would it take to sell you this car" line. If you have to ask me a question like that then you have not offered me your best price. Am I the only one who feels like they are now trying to get me to sell my soul instead of buying a car when car dealers ask this question? At any rate, I was in and out at Lebanon Ford in 1.5 hours (price, trade in evaluation, test drive and deposit) versus 2-3 hours at another dealership just to settle on a price. It was on the weekend, I picked it up the second day due to the vehicle having to be brought in from another location. These guys did not sell me a car. Anyone can sell a car. These guys sold me trust and that translates into trusting they will also give good followup service. If I am wrong then they are excellent liars but I did not walk away with that sense. I will do business with them again and will highly recommend to anyone else. I just got off the phone from another dealership after I already got my car. Which by the way ended the phone conversation with the phrase "Keep us in mind so we can earn your business in the future.... " I hate the words earn and business now... Anyway, this brings up the fact these guys are also responsive to internet inquiries and followup quickly. They did not try and "hit a home run" like another dealership but found a good win-win balance. In explaining the features about the car, Travis showed enthusiasm. This is difficult as I can imagine after trying to sell so many cars and explaining features over and over again and it was close to closing time but he still gave 100% as did the rest of the crew at Lebanon. Lebanon Ford put in a hard days work and went the extra mile by demonstration and not words. That is how they "earned my business". Other dealerships could learn a lot from them. More

They were both very informative when it came to the models of the vehicles, and the features on the vehicles. We didn't feel pressured to buy a certain car or to buy a feature we didn't desire. We never felt like we were "being sold" or convinced against our will, which is very important to us when we work with a dealership. The lines of communication were always open, and Tom returned phone calls with a quick turnaround. He even answered his cell phone after hours on a weeknight when he wasn't expecting a call from us. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from this dealership over the past 12 years. This dealership has ALWAYS bent over backwards in their overall approach to us. They charge very fair prices, but are also willing to wheel-and-deal on vehicles. They were straightforward throughout the entire process. We would *HIGHLY* recommend Lebanon Ford-Lincoln-Mercury to friends, family, and strangers alike. More
