Mr Watson Is a fine young salesman, He has a very good understanding and knowledge of his product and answered all of my questions. When it was determined he did not have what We wanted at the dealership understanding and knowledge of his product and answered all of my questions. When it was determined he did not have what We wanted at the dealership he and Mr Creech spent considerable time finding just the model and color of Ford Escape with the options we wanted. It was in Chicago IL. They worked with me on the price of the Escape, the value of my trade and I am very happy with the final figure we agreed upon. When I picked the Escape up Mr Watson had returned to college in Tennessee so Mr Creech completed the paperwork and sale. Mr Creech answered all of my questions. At no time did I feel pressured to complete the purchase. I will definitely return to the dealership and recommend them to family and friends. (I do ask a lot of questions when purchasing an automobile!) As for the service department the Escape was spotless inside and out and ran flawlessly when I test drove it and picked it up. More
