The Salesman was very helpful the whole time and explaining about each car that we drove and always asked if we had any questions. When we found the one we wanted and all papers were signed, the Salesman then showed my wife and I how everything on the car worked. He also told us if we had any questions to call or come back and he would help us even with the service dept. if we needed him.It was a good feeling dealing with Lebanon Ford and Kevin McCllean. Buying my first NEW car at Lebanon Ford was a good and informative experience overall. Kevin was really knowledgable, extremely patient, and friendly. The only flaw about the visit (and this is inpart my fault due to nervousness and indecisiveness), was that Kevin tried to persuade me into buying a Focus instead of a Fiesta. I understand he was looking out for my wallet and that's greatly appreciated, but at the end of the day what the customer WANTS outweighs whatever the best deal is. Ric has been there for me for many years n service and recently Jason has worked with me in getting service for both my Ford vehicles and my Hyundai. they have made dropping off and picking up my vehicles convenient and have also made time to schedulemy service on an emergency basis when needed or around my travel schedule.
