The Sales Manager Tom Aldridge and my salesman Travis Andrews were/are very friendly and helpful professionals and there was a great assist from another salesman, Mitch. The entire purchasing experience was enjoyable, friendly, and non-pressure. They answered my questions and left the decisions to me. I am counting on the service department being just and friendly and professional and I am sure they will be. It is not the closest Ford Dealership to my home, but it the dealership I plan to use from now on. More

The only thing I was diappointed by was that the finance officer and sales person were not more aware of how to transfer my plates to ensure that the cost when I went to the license bureau would be low. My plates on the old car were on my name. I asked how they would recommend we do it. Never did they say it would cost me less to transfer from my name and have the new car in my name also. We ended up putting the new car in both our names and it cost us more to get the new plates. I was NOT happy. Also, I wish that they would have told me I could charge some of my new car cost to my credit card. Again, I missed out on money that could have been in MY pocket over this. All that being said I really like the people that work at Lebanon Ford. They are all very friendly and courteous. I will be going there for future service and repairs. Buy Ford, buy American! More

Tom was very helpful in locating the mustang I was looking for. I had done a lot of research online about the car/options/etc. and I wanted a very specific set-up. Tom did not have all of the technical information on the car but pulled in the right resources to answer all of my questions so I had a full understanding of what was right for me. Tom located the car and worked out so that I could go and pick up the car. He helped me through the entire buying process. Even when I was a little tedious in reviewing all of the cars available he did not become impatient or over bearing/hard selling. I appreciated him staying in touch but not pestering me on the phone/e-mail. He was helpful and always available to set-up equipment on the car etc. I will recommend to any of my friends/family go see him first when they are looking for a vehicle. I think the whole dealership did a great job and I think they were genuinely exited when I drove the car on the lot. Its a looker. I really can't think of anything I would have changed. More
