Jason and the other associates at the Lebanon Ford Service Center were great during my recent visit. I had an unexpected problem with my F-150 and I was planning on just dropping it off before work an Service Center were great during my recent visit. When I got there, they were open and Jason had be bring the truck right in and I was able to explain the problem and I didnt even have an appointment. I have not had the same experience with other local Ford dealers. Long story short, Jason had my car fixed by the end of the day and I was able to pick it up and not have to incur the cost of a rental. The repairs were reasonable and I even got 2 recall fixes taken care of while it was there that I didnt even know about. It is so frustrating to have problems with your vehicle and the service that they provided helped to reduce the stress of the situation and get me back on the road!! On April 18, 2011, I decided that I was interested in a newer truck. We had a used 2003 F150 with high miles and was looking for a truck with lower mileages and some newer features. The salesman at the Lebanon Ford Used Car lot (Tom Nickell) was very helpful in understanding what I was looking for. He was able to locate a truck with the features I was interested in (2006 F150 Loaded) and got it on their lot in just a few days for me to review and test drive. I was very pleased with the truck, we got the pricing (trade-in vs purchase price) to a mutually agreed amount and the deal was done. The Used Car Sales staff at Lebanon Ford was helpful and very efficient, I will continue to deal with them in the future. More

I had my heart set on a new F150 with the Ecoboost engine, but at the time of my purchase, there were VERY few that had been released. car purchase. The unbelievable thing was that I was a friend of Kevin's 25 years ago. He went way above the calling of customer service to make sure I was taken care of.
