I came to the Quick Lane to get my brakes replaced. This assumption was based on was an AAMCO had told me after getting my oil changed. Satisfied with dealership. We met with Travis on Saturday afternoon, vehicle we were originally looked at was not exactly as we wanted. Jason and the other associates at the Lebanon Ford Service Center were great during my recent visit. I had an unexpected problem with my F-150 and I was planning on just dropping it off before work an Service Center were great during my recent visit. When I got there, they were open and Jason had be bring the truck right in and I was able to explain the problem and I didnt even have an appointment. I have not had the same experience with other local Ford dealers. Long story short, Jason had my car fixed by the end of the day and I was able to pick it up and not have to incur the cost of a rental. The repairs were reasonable and I even got 2 recall fixes taken care of while it was there that I didnt even know about. It is so frustrating to have problems with your vehicle and the service that they provided helped to reduce the stress of the situation and get me back on the road!!
