It is difficult to find the words to describe how awesome this dealership and its employees are. I have never been treated with such a high level of courtesy, professionalism, friendliness, and general inte this dealership and its employees are. I have never been treated with such a high level of courtesy, professionalism, friendliness, and general interest in ensuring that my purchase was no less than perfect from any dealership before, and I have bought PLENTY of cars from many dealerships! Charlie Watson really exceeded any reasonable expectation of his duties as a sales professional throughout the entire process of purchasing my new car. This started from the moment we began, when he let me take his own personal vehicle for a test drive, since there was not a car on the lot equipped the way that I wanted. Even though I have known Charlie before our dealings, this was certainly not something that I expected and completely floored me. After that, Charlie spent two days searching for the perfect car for me, always keeping in constant communication that was always clear, concise and professional. Once we finally found the perfect car, Charlie arranged for it to be picked up from over three hundred miles away and got it to the dealership in record time! He even sent me pictures immediately after it arrived, and again after it had been detailed. Charlie also worked to ensure that I received a fair amount for my trade-in, which was a crucial part of this deal. In short, I could not be happier with Charlie's service, nor could I imagine that there is anything else he could have possibly done to ensure that I was nothing less than completely satisfied. This positive experience continued when I proceeded to work with Zach Funkhouser in the Finance department. Zach was very friendly and ensured that I understood all my options for financing and extended warranties. Zach worked with me to get the best extended warranty and loan terms while maintaining the payment range that I desired. I don't think that I have even been able to state that working with a Finance department of a car dealership was a pleasure, until now. Zach's exceptional service was much appreciated, and helped ensure that I will be returning to Lebanon Ford in the future, and will be sending my friends and family there too for their vehicle needs. In summary, there was nothing about my experience with this dealership that was less than perfect. They have certainly earned my respect, as well as my ongoing business. More

When my husband and I first went into the dealership, we had no intention of buying a new car that day. We simply pulled onto the lot to look at the new 2011 Ford Escapes just to get an idea of the pricing had no intention of buying a new car that day. We simply pulled onto the lot to look at the new 2011 Ford Escapes just to get an idea of the pricing involved. Upon exiting our care, the salesman that we have dealt with on 2 other occasions met us at the first Escape that we walked up to. Dick Watson is an absolutely wonderful man and an excellent salesman. He went with us to test drive the Escape and then allowed us to take it for a test drive alone and spend as much time as we needed to make our decision. When we returned to the dealership Dick met us at the door and said let's run the numbers and see what we have. Long story short, Dick and Zach gave us an excellent deal, obviously one we couldn't refuse, and we came home with my new 2011 Escape! They are a great team and everyone at the dealership goes out of their way to make you feel special. I will always do business with Lebanon Ford. More
My wife and test drove the Ford Freestyle and we both like the smooth ride with exception of the brakes. Kody promised to replace the brakes and Bill Nichol said that he would give us $1500.00 for my use like the smooth ride with exception of the brakes. I will be 60 this summer and have purchase many cars in my life. I cannot remember an automobile purchase go so smoothly as this one did. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who willing to make the drive to Lebanon, Ohio. More
