Just had the first service done on the 2012 5.0 at the Lebanon Ford Quick Lube and it was fantastic. The service people are friendly and professional. Since I purchased my Focus from Lebanon Ford, I take the car there for periodic service. They provide prompt,quality service, without a lot of B.S. The issue is more about price. They increased the price of the oil change by $5.00 in the last month, AND charge an additional $1.50 for "shop supplies", which were described to be to be "cleaning rags". Sorry...but $40.00 for an oil change while being nickel and dimed for "cleaning supplies" won't work. More

I was disappointed to find out that I could not use my reward card towards my oil change.
