I was the third member of my family to purchase a vehicle from Lebanon Ford this year. I was told that the selection was large and that the employees went out of their way to accommodate them. After a follow-up call from Kevin McClellan concerning my recent Ford Escape purchase, I inquired about some additional services for my vehicle. Dave, who was very courteous and prompt, not only took me home to Hamilton, Ohio, 24.6 miles from the dealership but returned the next day to take me back to get my vechile. The process of paying and getting paper work was very easy. Before I left the service department, I asked where some items were on my Escape and several employees showed me where things were located. In today's world, who would expect a house call from a car dealership? Alex did just that for me, today. He came to my home (24.6 miles away from the dealership) to connect the garage door opener. Gene has always been very friendly and he explains everything to you-why this had to be done,etc. On this occasion he had discussed two other possible problems and I authorized him to do them.
