Have been going to Lebanon Ford since the purchase of my 2009 Milan. Have only had 1 experience that wasn't "good" overall. They listened to what I had to say and did everything in their power to make me feel as I were very important to their business. They went above and beyond what could be expected of a dealership to rectify the situation. I was quite surprised that they were so concerned. When I go in for service, the guys in the service department are extremely friendly and quick to help. They are polite and helpful.
