I found Leb. Ford on the internet, with color of the car I wanted. Upon going to Leb. Ford, I found that everyone that I spoken to was very nice and thougthful. We had a wonderful experience with Lebanon Ford. We live in Fairfield Township and we honestly would not have gone to Lebanon for a car; however, we had been to Kerry Ford and didn't have the best experienc in Fairfield Township and we honestly would not have gone to Lebanon for a car; however, we had been to Kerry Ford and didn't have the best experience, and we were also having trouble finding any other dealer who had the specific color, model and 4-wheel drive features I was looking for. Two of my family members asked if we had been to Lebanon Ford. My husband checked out the website and searched the inventory online, and found what I was looking for online at Lebanon Ford and spoke with Kody regarding the car. We went and checked it out. Paul met us right away and was a great help. He explained the various features of the car, went with us on the test drive and served as a great resource. He was very personable and easy to talk to; not a typical salesman. Unfortunately, the vehicle ended up having an interior color that I came to realize I didn't like. I really like the vehicle otherwise though; so I was contemplating whether or not to go with the vehicle. The representative, Paul observed that I was hesitant about the interior and said "If you don't like it, don't get it. - It's your car, it should be what you want." That was very impressive to me, as it showed that he really cared about me finding the car that was perfect for me, even at the expense of not selling the car that day. Paul helped guide us through the next steps. We talked over my must-haves and don't-need items, and he ran some numbers. Paul got us a beverage while we reviewed our requirements and the financial details. We decided on the necessary items and they were able to find a car with the items we were looking for in Indiana. They had the car transferred to Lebanon and we arranged to settle everything a few days later. The dealership actually beat our credit union's interest rate, so we went with their financing. We picked up our car yesterday. I couldn't be happier with the car, it's everything I wanted and more. The experience was wonderful from the day we walked in to the time I drove it off the lot in my new car. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly personable, and easy to deal with - from the salesman who helped me get all I wanted, to the technician who reviewed all of the technology of the car, and helped set it up, to the finance rep, Zach was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the finance portion and actually made a normally not-so-fun part of the process, interesting, informative and fun. It was worth the distance to Lebanon for the incredible service we received. I felt like the customer. In a society where customer service seems to be less and less important, it was very refreshing to feel like we were the customer, and we were valued. I really don't ever want to buy a car anywhere else. Two Thumbs up! Thank you Lebanon Ford! More

She was very nice. When we went back to the lot Freeeda came out to the car with me and explained the function to me in detail, on leaving the lot I felt very comfortable in my car. Zach is the finance fellow here and he was very helpful in obtaining the financing for this car. After searching several financial institutes to find the best rates he negotiated with our financial institute to finance this car through them. Most dealerships would have went with the first offer. overall I believe this is a top notch dealership, very friendly and very helpful in everyway. More
We sought out Freeda Floyd when it was time to purchase a new Ford car because she had given us excellent service when we purchased a Crown Victoria from her when she was employed at King's Ford in Kings Aut new Ford car because she had given us excellent service when we purchased a Crown Victoria from her when she was employed at King's Ford in Kings Auto Mall in Cincinnati in 1999. We wanted the same efficient service as well as knowledge without pressure that we had before. We were not disappointed. Alex really gave us a start in using the entertainment system fairly well. The second we walked in the door we were treated like family, truthfully. Kathryn Wells had called us several times from a search I had completed on the internet so we worked with her. We told her exactly what we wanted and that we already had our financing. She was awesome did not try to make us feel pressured just help us get a good deal on a Ford Focus. We actually were able to get one more expensive than the one we had originally been looking at due to her working with us. We talked to the sales manager Zach and told him the financing that we had he looked at what we had and told us he thought he could do much better for us.....and he did. We also were told that if we had any problems or questions they would be more than happy to help us. We went back on Saturday (we would have stayed but I had to work) and Alex (the computer man) showed us how to put our phones in and work everything on the car. They told us if we had any problems they would even come to the house. They are awesome and when we buy another car it will definetly be from Kathy at Lebanon Ford....... More
Have been SUV shopping on line and in person for the past 2 weeks. Selected this dealership based on prior word of mouth referrals. He did not try to sell me anything else. There was no pressure. Having visited other dealers where they just started their "sales pitch" this was very refreshing. The prices at this dealership are extremely competitive. I would definitely buy from them again and will refer friends. More
