In regards to the $10 coupon which in actuality was a $10 rebate I take full responsibility. As the Marketing Director I am responsible for the wordage used on our website and I apologize if it came across as deceptive. In no way was that the intention. Going forward I will ensure the nature of the coupon is more clearly stated. In the meantime we will strike a check for the amount and get it to you asap (not mailed of course). You had mentioned our waiting area feeling too cramped. In fact, we are in the planning stages of not only remodeling our waiting room area but expanding our entire service drive as well. Like you, we do feel it’s time for a facelift :-) We have neared the completion of our myTech Team lounge (right off the showroom).
