When I need to lease a vehicle, I want to deal with people I can trust to find what I need, when I need it and surprise me with an opportunity that I never expected. And then follow up with service sup people I can trust to find what I need, when I need it and surprise me with an opportunity that I never expected. And then follow up with service support that can be relied upon. In over 50+ years of interfacing with car dealers, I have found only three that fit that description. And it's not the dealership by name that makes the difference. It's the individual interfaces that make you want to come back again and again. Andy Buck, Zach Funkhouser and Alex Cryder have made Lebanon Ford one of those three by making it stand out as a place where I want to deal and also to tell others about. These three represent a spirit of personal care that ensured we got what we needed, when we wanted it and also surprised us with one step beyond, i.e. exceptional care and friendly professional service. On 5/3, I brought my Lincoln Town Car in due to many electronic issues; none of which were rectified. I was upset with the fact that none of the technicians can EVER resolve the issues, as I have broug electronic issues; none of which were rectified. I was upset with the fact that none of the technicians can EVER resolve the issues, as I have brought the vehicle there to be looked at, on several occasions. That is when TOM KOMISAR said to me, "You can just pay & get out of here!" To say that he displayed the poorest of Customer Service, is an understatement. Not only will I not return; I have & will continue to make it a point to inform anyone looking for a Ford vehicle of my experience. Furthermore, I am considering switching allegiance, after so many years, to Chevrolet & trading in my car at Tom Gill Chevrolet. Money can be spent anywhere on a shiny car, however, it is the care one receives afterward, that is crucial in cultivating & maintaining a business. More
After visiting other area dealers I could tell Lebanon Ford was "the one" the minute I walked in the door. The atmosphere was friendly, not pushy, and I was never given canned sales lines or hard closes- Ford was "the one" the minute I walked in the door.
