We always give her name to friends when they talk about purchasing a car. Zack Funkhouser is also great to deal with in the finance department. He's so helpful and tries to make things go as smoothly as possible. Alex did a great job of going over all the eltronic gadgets my car has. He is thorough and even offered to come to our house if we needed help with any operating problems. The whole ordeal of purchasing a car is such a nice experience at Lebanon Ford. The last dealership I dealt with didn't even want to change the oil in the car I purchased from them. Lebanon Ford would never treat their customers that way. Lebanon Ford has always provided outstanding customer service. I brought in my Ford Escape to the service department and found out I needed my power train drive replaced. I was quickly told the replace service. I brought in my Ford Escape to the service department and found out I needed my power train drive replaced. We purchased a used car from Dick Watson 5 years ago and had a great experience. Great experience. My issue with the price was that at the last oil change only one cylinder was misfiring. When I brought it back 4 were misfiring.
