We found the vehicle that we purchased on the internet site for Lebanon Ford. When we got to the dealer ship, I was surprised to find exactly what was described on their site. It was a clean, well kept used 2012 Ford E-350 12 passenger van. It hadn't been hyped or over presented at all. Our salesman Nikko McClellan was polite, knowledgable and able to assist us in every way. There was no pressure and any issues that I had with the van (which were minor) were taken care of. The sales mananger Travis Martin was upfront with us and honest. We walked away with a van that would suit our needs at a price that was resonable and received a fair trade-in value for our used van. It was also a pleasant surprise to find a full tank of gas when we pulled out of the lot. All in all it was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate going back or recommending Lebanon Ford to friends and family in the future. More

After I had bought the car, Ricky, was very good at checking back with me to make sure my experience has exceeded my expectations and that I wasn't having any problems. The team at Lebanon Ford made me feel as if I was one of their own, which further validated my choice to choose this dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as Ricky, when inquiring to buy a new or used car. More
Walked to the lot cold, with the intention to view/drive a car found on the internet. Brant took the time to listen, and provided input without overwhelming us with options - allowing us to work through mo a car found on the internet. Drove the vehicle we came to look at - the dealership is pretty well located to provide interstate, rural, and village/city driving opportunities in a short time - and ended up in another car that Brant was less ready to discuss (the car was technologically loaded) - but he was honest and let us 'play around' with the options. Great job letting us 'find' what we needed while noting additional features that were 'nice-to-haves'. Not much 'Grind' - as they are pretty price competitive, and this results in limited price flexibility. Brant gave us the 'extended warrantee - gap coverage' options, which we decided not to pursue. His understanding of the benefits was superb, and we eventually got detailed pricing for both with and without the options to give us the information needed to make our decision. We did identify a minor issue with the inside lights on the vehicle - and Brant scheduled a service appt for the next day that fit with our schedule. The dealer has a dedicated "tech team" to set up the car technology (phone/radio/accessories) which definitely helped us get familiar with the car in minimum time. From walking in, to temp tags and financing it took us about 90 minutes - and Brant was instrumental in making it as painless as possible. More

Last week me and my husband purchased a used car. We worked with Charlie Watson and Travis Martin. They were both very friendly and easy to work with. Charlie was knowledgble about the Ford Flex. We had a great experience at Lebanon Ford! It was my wife and I's first time shopping for a car together. We pulled in like fifteen minutes before close just expecting to look around. Charlie came outside an and I's first time shopping for a car together. We pulled in like fifteen minutes before close just expecting to look around. Charlie came outside and greeted us. He asked us if we wanted to come inside and get out of the heat. We briefly talked to him about what we were looking for and he said he would pull up some cars he thought we would be interested in. We loved the first car he showed us! It was very clean and we feel we received a reasonable deal. Charlie was extremely knowledeagble about the car, very friendly and personable. We drove the car home on Friday night and came back Saturday morning to sign the papers. We also talked to Alex when it came to sign for the car. He was very friendly as well and worked hard to find us financing for the car. An added bonus was that they filled the gas tank for us before leaving and they're giving us a free oil change. We are extremely satisfied with our car and the service we received at the dealer. We will definitely be giving Charlie a call when we look to buy our next car. More
