I was warmly greeted and made to feel comfortable and respected by Andy. We talked about my situation with the leased MKX and the cost per month was eating into my IRA which is my income since I did not respected by Andy. I chose to put the lump sum into IRA accounts and am drawing from them as income. All was fine until the market downturn which makes the payments unaffordable. I was not overly happy with the MKX but the lease was to go on for 5 months yet. Andy helped me get into a 2005 Town car at less that half the payments. I am very happy with the car and all the people that took care of the paper work and delivery of the car. I would recomend all three of the persons I listed above highly. Although we live in Evendale (OH), we choose to follow Freeda from a previous Ford dealership to Lebabon Ford which is approximately 20 miles from our home. Candidly, we've always found Freeda to be very helpful, friendly and courteous in addition to being exceptionally knowledgeable of the Ford product line. My wife and I strongly believe that repeat business is the highest form of satisfaction we can express (as consumers) to a car dealership and truly it is a reflection of our complete and total satisfaction in our relationship with Freeda! The employees in Lebanon Ford are knowledgeable and professional. We went to them because the lease for my car was going to expire in a few short months. They showed me a couple of possibilities. I was greeted by the man whom opened the service door with a friendly smile and the name of the person with whom I would be working, Jason. That man came over immediately, took my service order for my 3 with a friendly smile and the name of the person with whom I would be working, Jason. That man came over immediately, took my service order for my 37,500 service, and wrote up the form. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and my service was completed in an hour (timely manner). Jason came over to get me, went over what the service people had done and their findings related to preventative care with me, and then took me to the cashier. She processed my payment and I was on my way. Everyone was friendly and attentive to my questions and needs. More

When I found what I wanted the process was so simple by having a sales agent contact me regarding my interest. Travis Andrews treated me like a friend or family member. He was attentive and found me an extra rebate based on our casual conversation about my wife leasing at a competitor. He and everyone at Lebanon Ford were very friendly and accommodating. From Travis, to Alex, to Zack everyone involved made sure I understood they were there to help me further if I ever had any further questions or concerns. great experience and the lowest prices in the area on Fords. I would refer anyone looking for a Ford to try Lebanon Ford. More
