I am very pleased with the sales service I received from Lebanon Ford. Freeda was able to quote me prices by email for a custom order Fusion that was less than quotes I had received from other local dealer Lebanon Ford. When I finally made it into the dealership after agreeing on the custom options I wanted, Freeda took the time to answer my questions. She kept me up to date on when my Fusion would be delivered. Finalizing the purchase was problem free. The rest of the staff I worked with was very friendly as well, including the technology expert, who helped connect my phone and explained how many of the SYNC and other features of the car worked. I left feeling confident I made the right purchase from the right dealership. More
The last two times I have had my car in for service the low tire pressure light has come on within the week. I then have to waste my time filling the tires with air. I'm getting increasingly frustrated that I have to waste my time doing the service that I've just paid someone else to do. It makes me wonder what else might have been missed that I just didn't know about. More

As a women owned business it is very intimidating to buy cars in a dealer ship surrounded by mostly men. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was shopping a few different Ford dealers and this is the only one that was straight with me on the numbers from the very beginning. I will not mention the other dealers but will say they were the larger dealers in Cincinnati, and I got the typical "greasy" car salesman approach where they present you numbers and they won't do anything to improve them unless you call them out on it. One guy actually tried to tell me it was a "miscalculation" after I explained I was in finance, but I did not get ANY of that at Lebanon Ford. They made the process very simple and the finance manager Zack, actually gave me the 2013 Explorer Sport that he special ordered for his personal use. Freeda Floyd and Zack Funkhouser are wonderful to work with, they have a very "no-nonsense" approach and will bend over backwards to help you get the very best deal possible. All and all, the best car buying experience of my life and this is my 6th car. Thanks to the entire Lebanon Ford Staff. More

Tire Discounters which is where ALL my Tires have ever been bought, (other than initial set on vehicle) has this exact package of Service for 24.95 plus + Tax = ($26.57), my service bill today was $42.60. Your prices on these services are not competitive with local competition. This is why ( if you research your records) none of my vehicles prior to my 2008 Escape and my 2012 Fusion have never been serviced regularly by the Ford Dealership. I get the same great service, and the Quality of Parts ( Factory recommended from other Mechanics and or service personnel) for far less money. Your Parts department in the past has been as much as 25 to 35% high on the same exact parts. Bottom line here, folks can get the same friendly, quality service and parts from a Non-Ford affiliated service center for much less money. I personally will pay a 8 to 12% premium for consistency in service and "Name Brand" type items. I cannot afford to pay a 37.63% premium in today's economic climate. That extra $ 16.03 I paid today could have went into my gas tank for 4.78 gallons of gas, (figure based upon today's price ( 3.35 per gallon). Thanks & Best Regards, More
I went to Lebanon Ford several months back and just went in to look at some mustangs. Charlie Watson came out to helped me. He wasn't a pushy sales person just trying to sell a car like all the other dealerships I had been to. So we looked at some cars and went over prices and I went on with my day. A few weeks ago I made a decision to trade in my truck. So I called charlie up and went in to look at the mustangs again. He showed me one that I instantly loved. Took it out for a drive and I was sold on it. We got back and started on the paper work which they did an EXCEPTOINAL job at getting done quickly!! Lebanon Ford is a bit of a drive from where I live, but when im ready to get another vehicle I won't be going anywhere else. I would highly recommend this dealership and Charlie Watson to anyone of my friends or family. More
