I started online looking for a Mustang. I submitted through the Ford website and Charlie called me promptly the next day. I explained to him that I was in hurry and he stated that we would go at my pac through the Ford website and Charlie called me promptly the next day. I explained to him that I was in hurry and he stated that we would go at my pace. I met with Charlie within a week or so and test drove a few Mustangs. He was very accommodating. From the call making the appointment to the final paying of the bill all employees were friendly and helpful. Overall rating is Good. The one problem I had was in communication with the service department. I called to get an estimate to replace the transmission in my Ford van. I was connected with Dillon. He g communication with the service department. I called to get an estimate to replace the transmission in my Ford van. I was connected with Dillon. He gave me an estimate of $2200 for the job. I called him back later that day to schedule the work. It was then that he told me he was in the parts dept. and the quote was only for the purchase of the trans. I had no idea that I was talking to the parts department and after a transfer to the service department learned R and R was going to cost an additional $800.00. As you can guess that was not a pleasant surprise. I did go ahead with the repair, mainly because I found the people i had contact with were professional and this was an honest mistake. I plan to continue using Lebanon Ford for service on our vehicles, and hope that maybe I have pointed out an area of communication that must be made clear. Gary Hufford, 937-725-8520 More
