I sent an email to Lebanon Ford inquiring about the new Focus ST. Received a reply from Charlie who told me to come in and check them out because they are sweet. I met with Charlie the next day and he show Focus ST. Received a reply from Charlie who told me to come in and check them out because they are sweet. I met with Charlie the next day and he showed me the car. He was very friendly and obviously passionate about cars and making sure I was taken care of. We negotiated a price that we were both happy with and then I met Travis, the finance guy. I was already approved for financing before I came in but Travis wanted to see if they could do better. Well they did, lowered my rate by .5% so we were all happy about that as well. I couldn't be happier with my car and my experience at Lebanon Ford. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a Ford product or used car. They made me feel comfortable and took a lot of the hassle out of buying a new car. I'm sure I will be back the next time I'm in the car market. More

My husband and I walked in Lebanon Ford with no intent to buy the same day. We had such a great experience, and couldn't have asked for nicer people to work with! All Dan was worried about was us and it was so nice to not be nervous about the whole experience. He answered all our questions truthfully. Justin Klontz was the guy who came to our aid with the new SYNC system. He showed us how to pair our phone, and made sure he answered all our questions about it before we left. We loved our experience and will definitely return to buy a new one! I would also like to thank Dick Watson, who made our experience that much better by making the jokes he did.
