I was looking for a very economical car due to work situation and visited dealership to talk about the Fiesta. Charlie Watson was the first to greet me and gave me everything I needed to know about th situation and visited dealership to talk about the Fiesta. When we decided to go with the Fiesta, Charlie worked with us to make sure we were getting the right features including color and model type. He was always very personable and professional. He also made sure we met the owner which was a nice touch, and then handed us off to a rep to go over all of the features of SYNC. We then met Zach Funkhouser in Finance who made sure we knew exactly what we were paying for the car and discussed the warranties and other available programs without being pushy. We left feeling very knowledgeable about our car and that the dealership staff genuinely cared about our business.
