I had a great experience with Lebanon Ford/ I went into the dealership not sure exactly what i was going to purchase. My sales man is Kevin McCellan. I was in the market for a replacement of my 2008 VW R32 and after test driving a few sport coupes, realized that a small sports car was not for me. I geniunely had interest in the new xxx so began my resea and after test driving a few sport coupes, realized that a small sports car was not for me. I geniunely had interest in the new xxx so began my research for another hot hatch. I found an ad on Autotrader posted by Lebanon Ford, called them, was put in touch with Kathy Wells in new car Sales, and she said the car was still available. I told her I would be by first thing the next morning and she said she wouldn't be there but nonetheless the car would be ready to take out and she would put me in touch with someone that would take care of me. I arrived at time of opening and the car was sitting out front, plated, and ready to go and within a minute of my arrival, I was greeted by Danny. Danny didn't waste any time or skimp on the information as he gave me a thorough explanation of all the features as we went through the ST. After that, we went for a nice drive through town and some country road driving. Once we got back to the dealership, I loved everything about the car, however, having a car with a DSG transmission as a DD, I was unsure if I wanted a full time manual transmission as a DD. I told Danny that I would need to think things over, I would be in touch, and he completely understood and did not pressure me to make a decision at that time. After a couple days, I contacted Danny to see if I could take the car out for a few hours to drive around town before I make a decision and the car was ready to go by the time I got there. After a morning into the afternoon of driving around, I knew then for a certainty that I wanted the car and returned to the dealership. The rest was cake! They got me a great rate and the car payment is right where I wanted it to be. While waiting for financing to get all the details done, which by the way went extremely fast, Danny introduced me to Kathy who I spoke to on the phone, showed me where Service and Parts were located and introduced me to Service Writer Mike, and just stayed with me being attentative. After all the paperwork was signed, I was then given a thorough "teaching" on the Ford Sync system, audio system, and features of the car by a tech specialist (I'm sorry I don't remember your name and I don't see your picture up top). The whole experience was a great one from everyone's courtesy and knowledge to putting up with my indecisiveness in the beginning. I would definitely recommend Lebanon Ford and the whole staff to family and friends and will return myself next time myself or my wife are shopping for a new car. We visited Lebanon Ford when we were thinking of trading in our Navigator. The first time we came in we weren't quite ready to trade in yet and only left our phone number with Danny after he showed us arou in our Navigator. He followed up a week or two later and we came in to have the car appraised for trade in. He asked us specifically what we wanted so we didn't waste time looking at trucks that didn't fit our requirements (and there were a lot of requirements). He didn't try to pressure us into anything we didn't want. He was patient and polite even though it was pouring rain nearly the entire time. He took the time to talk to my son and answer questions from him. Overall he made buying the truck easy and as quick as he could. I have already recommended him to two other family members and would recommend him to more in the future. More
