Our experience with Lebanon Ford (Charlie Watson) has been awesome!!!!! My family and I have purchased 5 or 6 cars from Lebanon Ford in the last two years. Charlie is such a first class young man and so positive and up beat that we leave wanting to purchase from him. Lisa Cryder really knows what she is doing in training their people and I think her positive mind set is really seen in her employees. Lebanon Ford is a first class operation and I don't even think of any other dealer when we need a car. Thank you Charlie, Lisa, Tom, Zach and Megan who did a wonderful job of showing my wife and I how to operate all the gadgets on our new Escape. As Charlie would say "You guys Rock!!!!!" More

That's why when we wanted another new vehicle we called Charlie. It was short notice but Charlie and everyone at the dealership stayed a bit late to help us out. Charlie and the team went above and beyond the call of duty. I did tons of research on options before picking out the perfect Fusion. I had Charlie price me about 6-7 different ones. I was worried because other dealers were saying they could sell it cheaper. After some investigating, they were all false. Many had hidden charges and rebates that did not apply to me. The up front no smoke and mirrors approach is very appealing to someone like myself. Charlie was very motivated, but not pushy and overbearing like some dealers could be. I would and have recommended him to many people in need of a vehicle. He will be my man next time I am looking to purchase. Lebanon Ford is probably the best Ford dealer around. More

Even though I was not approved for the car this year I will be back next year! They both were very pleasant. Kathy was not pushy and was wonderful to work with. Kathy Wells was by far the most knowledgeable salesperson that I have ever worked with. It made the experience that much better. I do quite a bit of research before looking at a car and what impressed me was that Kathy seemed to know as much (if not more) as I did about the Expedition. They also have a “technology” department with individuals that will help you learn the features and set up your phone, bluetooth, etc. They even offer to come out to your house to help set things up if you have questions. This is something we have not seen at other dealerships. One of the other stand-out items was that Kathy offered for us to take the car on more than the typical 10 minute test drive. Having the car for longer allowed us to really get a good feel for the car before making such a big decision. This was very much appreciated. At no time did we feel like it was a pressure sales environment. Kathy was very personable and responsive, but above all else, was very professional throughout the process. We worked with Zack Funkhouser in the finance department. He was also great to talk with and we appreciated his insight. He went the extra mile to make sure things went smoothly on the paperwork. It was truly a pleasure working with Kathy and we would highly recommend working with her on your next car purchase.
