When you walk into this dealership, there are always people buzzing around doing different jobs; yet, everyone has time for a smile or wave in your direction. And unlike in other dealerships we've been people buzzing around doing different jobs; yet, everyone has time for a smile or wave in your direction. And unlike in other dealerships we've been to, there weren't clusters of employees standing around talking to each other. The salesmen don't hover, but someone is always nearby if you have a question. Charlie was wonderful to work with; a very personable young man who genuinely likes his job. He's comfortable chatting about his own personal life and his passion for the Rausch car program he's working. We started our car search a few months ago because we couldn't decide whether we wanted another Taurus or if we were at the age when we would benefit from the higher profile of an Edge. We were at the dealership several times to sit in cars or get in and out of them. Charlie kept in touch via emails and phone calls, but was not pushy or overbearing. When we finally decided on a Taurus, there were Ford incentives, dealer incentives and financing incentives available. Charlie and the finance people wrote our purchase up several ways to figure out how to get us the best deal. When we took delivery of the car there was a young woman who went out to the car with us and walked us through some of the technology; offering the name of a man who would even come to our house if we couldn't figure it all out. Each time we were at the dealership, we were offered a beverage and a snack and when we picked our car up it had a full tank of gas! We have a large family and we'll be sending them all to Lebanon the next time they're in the market for a new car! Thanks, Charlie!! More

This was my first time buying from Lebanon Ford and I was thoroughly pleased from start to finish. My Sales consultant, Kathy Wells, took such good care of me. I am someone who puts a lot of time into doing my homework before purchasing something, especially a car. I am also very picky. Being part of the Z-plan, there was nothing I could do about the purcha homework before purchasing something, especially a car. I am also very picky. Being part of the Z-plan, there was nothing I could do about the purchase price when buying my 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid. The only thing that I could do, however, was find the dealer who had the best customer service and Service department. That is why I chose Lebanon Ford. From the beginning, my salesman Danny VanWinkle, did an excellent job. Danny spent a TON of time finding me the exact car that I was looking for. Seeing as though the Titanium Hybrids are FEW (and I mean FEW) and far between, he and his sales manager had a tough job ahead of them tracking one down for me. After numerous long days of overtime, Danny did. Danny even helped out with my 2 little ones while I was filling out the finance paperwork. Not many car salesmen would do that! Zack Funkhouser was our Finance man at Lebanon Ford. Zack also spent numerous hours researching the best deal that he could find on financing. I have an outstanding credit union that I was planning on financing through, but Zack found me an even better deal through one of his many contacts. (Best part was that he was a Buckeye fan, too! Go Bucks!) Like I said before, I do my homework before I buy. Before the purchase, I met with the Service Manager, Jason Hipp, and asked him a whole list of questions about his Service Department and the exact car that I was looking to purchase. Jason explained how he makes all of his Service Technicians go through extra vehicle education and training so that they are masters at what they do. Jason was very up front with me and answered all of my questions. I have no future worries about having my car serviced by Jason and his crew. I am very happy with the car that I purchased and don't believe that any other Ford dealer could touch the customer service and care that Lebanon Ford has shown me. Thanks! More
This is our second vehicle purchased at Lebanon Ford and we plan to by our future vehicles from this dealership. Although we buy our cars through the Z Plan, these sales associates are enthusiastic and will we plan to by our future vehicles from this dealership. Although we buy our cars through the Z Plan, these sales associates are enthusiastic and willing to spend as much time with us as we need. There is no feeling of pressure, just a relaxed, friendly feeling there. Travis Martin is great. More
