We live in IN. about 60 miles from Lebanon Ford, but had such a good experience the first time, we decided to return when we decided to upgrade from a Fusion to a Escape. She was so easy to deal with, being very professional, no pressure at all, & was a joy to work with. After getting the car home, I was having trouble with the SYNC phone, I called the dealership & Alex the tech tried to help me over the phone (to no avail) so he came to the house & fixed the phone & spent another hour getting me comfortable with other features of my new car. He also was very patient, & couldn't have been nicer. Everyone we have encountered at Lebanon Ford are of the highest degree of professionalism & we will certainly recommend Lebanon Ford to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car or truck. As we entered the dealership, it was 7:00 pm. The dealership was actually colsing, but right away we were helped by Kathy Wells and she was willing to help us in finding a vehicle for my son. What was even more impressive was the fact that she spoke to my son (15 years old) about the vehicle not just us as parents. We drove away with the vehicle my son wanted and he is very excited to be learning how to drive in his brand new Ford Fiesta. Thank you Kathy for your kindness and patience. Last, but not least Jenny Southard was the lady who we also met with to sign the finance papers, she was very professional and courteous. Then the next business day I received a phone call letting me know that she found an even lower interest rate for us at 1.9%, we went back in and signed the papers for the lower interest rate the next day. My experience at Lebanon ford was wonderful. The used car staff was exceptional making sure I had everything I needed and made the car buying process a breeze.
