Josh met us at the door, very politely asked how he could help. I explained that I was looking for possible trade-in and getting something used. The impressive part was when I said I didnt want new, he didnt give me high pressure, he helped me find options. He worked with me and we found the car I wanted. The process was smooth and friendly, and he did a great job Josh kept coming out of the finance and sales office to make sure I was ok and if I needed a water. And to explain the process, assure me that they were working on things. He didnt leave me hanging. Shout out to the finance department to find the best deal for me also. Start to finish, A++. More

There are a few places to start, in order to explain this rating, but starting from the beginning will likely paint a better picture. I had noticed a Volvo S90 listed on their site, and while the price was s rating, but starting from the beginning will likely paint a better picture. I had noticed a Volvo S90 listed on their site, and while the price was slightly above other comparable listings, I assumed it was likely in at least very good condition. I scheduled a time to look at it, and put a deposit down, in order to hold the vehicle. While speaking with the salesman over the phone, he asked how I intended to pay, to which I responded a combination of cash and financing. The next day I came to look at the car, where I immediately noticed the tires were horrible. The rear ones were well past serviceability, the front left was at a different stage of high wear, and the front right was about 18 months old. As many know, with an AWD vehicle, with that many different worn levels, the transfer case can run into serious issues. I took the vehicle on a test drive, with the radio off, in order to identify potential obvious issues. At that time, other than the significant degradation in ride comfort and steering due to the tires, I didn’t notice anything glaring, other than a portion of the seat, where the seatbelt connects, sitting on top of the seat. After I returned, there was some back and forth on reattaching the seat piece, which they eventually “fixed” but it ended up coming off due to the fact it was missing pieces. On to the tires, the salesman said “Well it says here the service department recommended new tires, but didn’t put it as a requirement, but they are bad, so I will see what I can do.” While he was going back and forth with the manager I noticed the sticker on the windshield said all tires were “green” which should have been another red flag. They eventually reduced the price of the car by the lower range estimate of four new tires ($1000). He then asked about financing and payment, to which I replied I was already approved, and had the funding letter in hand. Boy, the change in attitude was physically evident. He became borderline angry I wasn’t financing through them, even declaring “You told me you were financing, which means you’d do it here, this changes things.” From that point forward, his rudeness was absolutely ridiculous, I finished the rest of the deal with the finance manger, Andrew, who was helpful, as my salesman immediately left me for other customers. Once I got the vehicle home, I noticed half the speakers in the car were blown out. I immediately let the salesman know, to which he said he’d work on it. Needless to say I never heard from him again. I had to call numerous times to speak with other people, who were far more helpful. However, they only agreed to replace one speaker, as they were now “losing money on the car.” So, more out of pocket expenses. Then, a few weeks later, I noticed the horn was inoperable, at which point I haven’t even bothered with contacting them. I consider myself to have a bit of a car buying problem at times, in that a buy new a bit to frequently, but, that problem has afforded me the opportunity to see the best and worst of the industry, and I can say this buying experience was extremely disappointing. Evident from the quick responses when I was buying, to the stone silence from the salesman after the purchase. More
