The single worst car buying experience I have ever had. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME (and they will waste a lot of it). When I visited the Lease Return Center I was pleasantly surprised of the dealerships inventory, organization, and neatness.Jason , in sales was expecting me and it was VERY busy inside. I was amazed at the way every employee worked so well together . Jason had the car I was interested in brought from an inventory lot, placed a dealer tag on the car and said enjoy a great test drive. From my first "hello" to Jason there was NO doubt he was very knowledgeable,helpful,and a genuine person. Although the result of that day didn't make the sale I continued calling regarding the car. And Jason always took time to talk to me and explain any questions I had It was my reluctance and in NO way anything to do with Jason that I shunned any forward progress. On March 1,2024 Jason in the finance department contacted be regarding purchasing the car. I returned to the dealership and again was greeted with the utmost friendliness and respect spoke to Jason in sales and the sat down with Jason in finance.I made an appointment to revisit on March 6, 2024 to close the deal on the car. Yes so far this has been a long review, however please continue. When I met both Jason's on March 6, 2024 again a very welcoming and pleasant attitude was there. I sat down with Jason in finance and I was amazed at the many options and choices he took time to find for the best of my deal. If you have got this far in my review I would absolutely suggest you visit the Lease Return Center take a look at the inventory ( no vehicles in bad order ) and begin a car buying experience you will enjoy and certainly not soon to forget !!! There are many employees at this dealership I had the opportunity to meet and experience 2 excellent Guys in the car business. Jason and Jason I do thank you. I sent a very simple inquiry regarding the interior seat condition of a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I got an e-mail back that was obviously from a bot. Dealership is the worst, Nas helped me and we had an agreement that I would only buy the car if the issues with the dashboard were fixed. The lease return Center is trash! This dealership is very unprofessional. I will spend some times doing videos and reviews about the disgrace of a business. I purchased a car there two weeks ago and the guy John told me I had to put $5,000 down without knowing my income or running my credit. That's clearly discrimination. later that evening, the loan officer learned I make over $157,000 a year. When I left the dealership and came back to purchased the car that was listed for $21,000 now when I go to closing it was over $25,000. I was told that I had to put $2000 down. I put $1000 down and was suppose to pay another $1000 yesterday. I found out yesterday it was an issue with my card so I gave another card to use. There was a withdrawal. Today, I began getting several calls from John. I immediately responded that I was at work and could text only. Today I got several threatening texts from John. I kept asking was this dealership going to honor their agreement to pay for my rims to get painted, but they totally ignored that question. They also agreed to fix the knock in axle , which they never did. It just more threats about what they are going to do to me. That is crazy. It is no wonder they have a 2 star rating. They said they are not sending my info to Dmv for my tags after I already paid for it. I have a list of mis steps with this dealership that my lawyer will address. I will be releasing videos to my over 100,000 social media followers about this unprofessional place. More

I did 6 random vehicles—all garbage. I am actually writing a report will full evidence of fraud and sending to VA Attorney General.
