Mr. Dudley, I am not sure on why you are reaching out me except for the negative review on Dealerrater.com. We brought you our 2021 Jeep Wrangler(purchased at your dealership) with a vibration and a wobble in the front end around 55-65, per invoice the repairs were completed and your service department was satisfied with the repairs after driving the vehicle. On invoice there was no mention of the steering wheel still shaking or the vehicle pulling to left and right while driving or any mention of needing an alignment or uneven wear on the tires. The invoice stated repair completed. As my wife drove the vehicle home, she noticed the vehicle was still shaking while driving and periods of the vehicle pulling to either direction. So we returned to the dealership and one of your employees drove the vehicle and stated " I can not get the jeep to shake but it does feel like it wants to shake". So now you take it for a test drive, I was present during the test drive. There was an obvious problem still with the jeep. After the test drive you stated " I think the majority of the shaking in the steering wheel and drivability issues was due to the tires". You were unable to give me an answer on what caused the tires to wear uneven, all maintenance has been performed at Ron Carter. I inquired about possible front end problems causing the uneven wear and you dismissed that but told me I should have the alignment checked at least 2 times a year, your service advisor told me maybe once a year. I inquired if all 4 tires were replaced would that fix the problem, your reply was " I can not guarantee that will fix the problem". The only other option you suggested was to research the service bulletins to see if our jeep had problems with a steering gear. So once again I am not sure on why you have reached out to me. You already stated the jeep is ok to drive and offered us no other options.
