Every department and every aspect of my dealings with Heintz has always been nothing but very positive. Everyone is polite, friendly and accommodating. They take a personal interest in their clients and their level of competence is indeed professional. The customer service staff is friendly and helpful. When shopping around for a car you can be assured of meeting helpful and candid salespersons who work with you without giving you the feeling that you are being pressured. The service department is staffed with amenable and competent workers. If you need financing, their department is as helpful and competent as the others. And it does not stop there. The physical plant is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Recently I had to look for another car because mine was totaled in an automobile accident. The process went very smoothly and I must thank Laurie Danberry who worked with me to find me the car that suited my every need. She was simply wonderful and I am very happy that I returned to Toyota. I wish that I could list the names of all of the individuals from whom I have received help over the years--they are all great people, but I would be remiss if I did not make special mention of Laurie Danberry and Mike Drysdale (Collision Dept.)
